Located 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, spend a holiday in a sunny, idyllic and quiet.
The beautiful private pool is located next to the apartment, the beaches about 5 minutes, 5 golf courses nearby, cycling or walking along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish restaurants, Argentine, Asian , Indian, French). In short, an enchanting stay.

Description of the apartment

Ground floor apartment which was renovated in 2022 with its private swimming pool renovated in 2023 and only for tenants of this very beautiful apartment:

Purchases

Less than ten minutes away you will find the Zenia Boulevard shopping center (Oriuhela Costa inaugurated in September 2012), which has 150 shops and a large indoor and outdoor parking. Inspired by American Open Mall, you will find fashion stores, telephony, DIY, appliances, restaurants, bars, a hypermarket, spaces for children, playground etc ...
It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10h to 22h without interruption (with the exception of the cinema and the area of ​​recreation and restoration that remain open later).

The surroundings of the apartment

The Club House Las Ramblas is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and eat local and international cuisine.
It is located only 300m from the apartment.
This place has a lot to offer both from the point of view of restaurants and bars. The nearest are all about 15 minutes walk from the apartment at a place called La Fuente. In La Fuente you will find 15 restaurants and 4 bars. By car 2 minutes!

You are not far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (10 minutes by car).

First time visit

This was our first visit to the area, and the property was in a perfect location for exploring. We normally cook ourselves due to special dietary needs and the supermarkets were very handy and we had all that we required. A great place to stay and very good value for money

Spent 9 nights here as a family of 4. Could not have asked for anything more. Clear instructions for check in and a friendly check in from the property manager. Location of the property is close to shops and restaurants and great as a base for traveling around the area. Pool is a nice size for having a relaxing time and was enjoyed by us at all times of the day.

Amazing holiday, we stayed for 8 nights. Property is lovely and has everything you could need. We hired a car for our stay which was needed. You could walk to the local commercial centre which would take about 40 minutes. It's not a flat walk. Would definitely return

Lovely relaxing and quiet vibe

We stayed for one week during the end July during a super hot week. The apartment is a home from home with everything you need in place. The owner was very responsive to my queries and booking request and Norma the host was also very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac on the golf course. It was very quiet through the day and at night though it would be sensible to have a car if staying as it's a bit of a walk to get into the town. Overall a great stay

Het appartement was schandalig vuil, echt alles. Bovendien schimmel in de badkamer. Gemeld aan de manager. Wordt voor een volgende huurder hopelijk goed opgepakt.

Hallo, ik ben zeer verrast door uw opmerkingen. U heeft gelijk, helaas hadden we een probleem met degene die schoonmaakte (het appartement was niet erg schoon, u heeft gelijk) en daarom hoefde u na mijn bezoek niet te betalen. Het spijt me, maar dit is de eerste keer dat we dit soort problemen hebben. Ik heb aangeboden om de schoonmaak opnieuw te doen, maar jij hebt dat geweigerd omdat, volgens jou, je partner alles al had gedaan. Na 15 dagen vroeg u om een ​​extra compensatie van € 100,- om geen negatieve reactie te plaatsen op VRBO. De eigenaar weigerde dit (omdat u 15 dagen na aankomst en chantage was). Om u gerust te stellen: het appartement is perfect schoon voor de volgende huurders. Ik wens je het allerbeste.

Photo de la piscine légèrement trompeuse l angle de prise de vue avantageuse cependant la réalité est tout autre oublié l intimité tout les voisins ont une vue plongeante sur la piscine, les passants peuvent également vous voir c est pour nous un gros point noir. La propreté là aussi je reste mitigé le lit chalbre parentale pu nous avons acheter nos propre drapas dès le 1er jour, un rasoir jetable était dans la douche à notre arrivée, les joints de la douche sont noir, et support gel douche entièrement rouillé, la plupart de la vaisselle dans lzs placards etaient sales donc nous demander 70 euros pour le ménage avec un soit disant protocole covid c est un peu abusé. Nous avons eu mieux en location l an dernier au même prix neuf et surtout propreté irréprochable. Je reviens sur l intimité, la maison est carrément pas isolée on entend les voisins du dessus et d'à côté comme si ils étaient avec nous

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Je suis désolé que le ménage n'était pas à 100% comme vous le souhaitiez. Dans les documents envoyés avant votre arrivée il est bien indiqué mon numéro de téléphone et si quelque chose ne vous convient pas vous auriez pu me prévenir directement. On aurait pu certainement demander à la femme de ménage de passer à nouveau. En ce qui concerne la rue, il faut savoir que c'est un cul de sac, donc pas de passage et pas de bruit. En ce qui concerne l'intimité, jamais personne ne s'en ai plaint. L'isolation est un peu moins bonne qu'en France ou en Belgique mais je pense que vous exagérez. J'espère que vous trouverez ce que vous cherchez à l'avenir. Bien cordialement, Vincent

Dejligt lille hus med pool.

Vi havde et skønt ophold, i det meget stille og rolige kvarter, med søde naboer. Man bor tæt, og kan høre overboer og naboer, tale sammen. Huset havde alt, hvad man skal bruge til madlavning, og sågar strandstole og parasol, at tage med til stranden. Poolen var ren og helt perfekt. Sengene i huset trænger til et eftersyn/udskiftning, og rengøringen var vi ikke helt tilfredse med.

Buena estancia

El alquiler a sido en rasgos generales muy bien, cumplia con las expectativas. La única pega que podría ponerle es la limpieza. En general no estaba sucio pero para los 70€ que tuve que pagar yo adicionales a la reverva y supuesta desinfección covid deberia de haber estado bastante mejor

Lovely apartment with private pool

Lovely ground floor apartment with good sized private pool with bbq. Overlooking 13th tee for golf fans. Well equipped kitchen with useful washing machine and dishwasher. Large number of English TV channels including BBC etc . Wi-Fi coped with 2 teenagers. Food at clubhouse delicious and reasonably priced. Selection of supermarkets nearby and petrol station (cheapest fuel in the area we found). You do need a car here as a long walk to anywhere. We had a hire car and needed it. It would have been nice to have one more sunbed as only three and apartment is for four but didn’t affect the holiday.

Unser Empfinden: Eine Katastrophe

Modriger Geruch in der Wohnung, Vorratsschrank in der Küche mit Ameisen besiedelt. In einem Schlafzimmer kam der Schimmel an einer Ecke durch. Die Inletts der Betten waren total schmutzig! Aus der Abstellkammer (ohne Fenster und Abluft) stank es widerlich. Mehrmals fiel der Strom aus (Überlastung?); Fernsehen war mit Unterbrechungen möglich. Der Schwimmingpool war nur über knöcheltiefes Wasser zu erreichen... Zu guter Letzt lief der Regen durch ein Abluftrohr (über dem Durchlauferhitzer) in die Wohnung! Lt. Vermieter kein Grund für eine Rückerstattung bei vorzeitiger Abreise nach der Hälfte der gebuchten Zeit.

Endroit agréable et calme.

Bel appartement propre et très bien équipé. Belle piscine privée très apprécié des enfants. La literie est au top. Seul point faible l'insonorisation, on entend les bruits des chaises et des portes tôt le matin dans l'appartement du dessus dommage. Commerces proches plages à 15 min en voiture.

Family Holiday

This property is lovely! Very spacious and well equipped with everything you’ll need! The apartment was clean and the pool/pool area is just fabulous! We are regular visitors to Las Ramblas so have stayed in a few rental properties but this is by far the best. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thankyou!
