APCOSTAS - Lotus / Two Bedrooms:
Due to the complexity of the APCOSTAS Lotus apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.Apartments have pool or street views and some are on the ground floor. Your accommodation will be allocated to you based on availability and it cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking which view you will be allocated.

SITUATION:

- They are located 400 m from the magnificent beach of s'Abanell and about 15 minutes walk from the lively town center. They are located in one of the liveliest areas of Blanes in 'Els Pins'. Just 100 meters from supermarkets, shops and bars. The apartments are functionally and simply decorated, although perfectly equipped for a holiday on the Costa Brava.

- It has an exceptional communication with important nearby cities such as the beach of Platja d'Aro and Girona, both cities at 45 min. by car and Barcelona in 1 hour by train.

COMPOSITION:

- Apartment block. 4/6 people. They have, dining-living room with double sofa bed or 2 folding beds, 2 double bedrooms, kitchen bar, bathroom and furnished terrace.

- The apartments do not have air conditioning and do not have Wi-Fi.

AMENITIES:

- Lift

- Swimming pool for adults and children (from 01/06 to 30/09 approximately), garden and playground.

- At 100 m. restaurants, supermarket, nightclub and shopping area.

INCLUDED IN PRICE:

- Equipment (except clothes in general), water, electricity, cleaning of entrance and exit and use of the swimming pool.

NOT INCLUDED:

- Possibility to rent bed linen at reception, 6 € / game / week (payment at reception).

- Possibility to rent towels at reception, €6/set/week (payment at reception).

- Stays from September 22nd to June 6th for 7 or more nights do not include electricity in the price of the stay. Electricity will be billed upon departure based on the guest's consumption, as measured by the meter reading. (€0.35/kW)

ANIMALS:NOT allowed.

TOURIST TAX: NOT INCLUDED (payable at reception).

DEPOSIT:150 € / stay, (young people 50 € / pax.) (Deposit with credit card).

Arrivals outside office hours: mailbox with access code, you must call days before your arrival to be given the opening code.

The apartments are equipped with surveillance cameras that are deactivated during the guests' stay.
