Overall very delightful. Qitha crisp clean finish on the apartment with its modern Blackpool theme the room hosted our party nicely.

Absolutely perfect.

The room was lovely, I loved how we entered the property with our own code rather than a key. Owners were very accommodating and answered any questions I had. The hot tub and garden was a really nice touch and the complimentary bottle of prosecco. One of the best hotels I've stayed in and will be back. Already recommended to people. Thanks again. 👍

Refreshed was very well needed and long over due.

Hot tub was perfect, the bed was really comfy and the jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. Room was very clean but as soon as the heating went off it was freezing. We took pizzas thinking there may be an oven or even a microwave but there wasn't anything just a kettle and toaster with a pizza cutter in the drawer lol. Dominos pizza to the rescue. Will no doubt book again and would recommend it to friends and family. The hosts are lovely and are quick to help with any queries.

I was glad to find the apartment was very clean and was smart and well kitted-out.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Osborne suite no 2 immaculately clean and tidy and with a smart decor. The enclosed hot tub room at the rear was also a pleasant space. There was a bit of an issue with heating as the apartment was quite cold at night-time, but then again it was quite a hard frost that night. A big bonus was the owners, Rachael and Mal who were very helpful and on the button and seemingly available to contact at all hours which was quite remarkable. Thumbs up!

Was a lovely stay until the second night when guests in other parts of the building decided to play very loud music with shouting and banging. We ended up leaving and staying at a premier inn instead. If this hadn’t happened it would have been a brilliant stay but sadly others ruin it. We thought we might have been compensated a bit after explaining we didn’t stay the second night through no fault of our own but only received our deposit back which was a bit disappointing aswel.
