FABULOUS ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH SPACIOUS ROOF TERRACE AND POOL JUST A SHORT WALK FROM THE CENTRE

Colina Verde apartments occupy an elevated position just a short distance from the centre of Carvoeiro. It is a small development of apartments with a shared swimming pool and there is ample parking.



Casa Lily is a one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. There is a fully fitted kitchen with small north facing terrace, a spacious lounge and dining area and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors lead from the bedroom and lounge area to a terrace. Stairs lead to the private roof terrace which has a built in BBQ, dining area and sun loungers. There are sea and town views and the area is fabulous any time of day being partly shaded.

The apartment is very well presented and is an excellent location as you can walk easily to the beach, restaurants and shops yet the area is peaceful and away from the main town.

We had a fabulous week! Everything about the apartment was superb, clean, loved the rooftop terrace, lots of facilities, air con was a treat too as the weather was amazing. Very well situated for the town, which had loads of fantastic restaurants to cater for all budgets and tastebuds! Loved it and would highly recommend to all our family and friends.

Loved the quietness and the location - easy to park and within 10 mins of everything - well equipped and good value for money - comms fantastic and cleaned during our stay. Shutters need to be fixed as couldn’t open doors and the shower tricky but got used to it - better lighting on roof terrace for evening dining - plug didn’t work up there

Great apartment with everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Only drawback is on top of hill which gave wonderful views but very steep to climb. Recommend using uber app (takes 2 mins to arrive and only 4 euro.

Beautiful apartment with great roof terrace

Our first stay in carvoiero , what a lovely location. Apartment fabulous with great views, wonderful roof terrace and lovely quiet pool area with sun loungers. I like the extra touches in the apartment with beach umbrellas and beach towels . Only 10 minutes walk down hill to the beach and lots of great restaurants and bars. Elite rentals were very quick to respond with any queries. Would definitely recommend and look to rebook with them in the future

Amazing place! The terrace is beautiful, we’ve barbecue everyday of our stay. Attention to detail is like I’ve never seen in any other places we’ve stay. The house has everything you need, super complete. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, there’s some stairs that connect quickly to the town center. I couldn’t recomend this place more and probably will be back again. Katharine and associates helped with everything and when we needed a chair for the baby’s meal it was delivered super quick. A 5 star stay. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful apartment on a small complex in the middle of Carvoeiro

Even though the apartment only has one bedroom it is extremely large with a separate fully fitted kitchen, large lounge and roomy bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Balconies are front and back with a huge roof terrace. Bathroom has a newly fitted shower with plenty of hot water. Patio doors in both kitchen, bedroom and lounge let in lots of light. The pool is opposite the apartment with views from the kitchen. It is never busy and plenty of sunbeds are available. It is clean and safe - you need a key to enter. Views of Carvoeiro are from the lounge/bedroom terrace. The roof terrace is large and has a bbq, sunbeds and table and chairs. It’s is solely for Casa Lily. Carvoeiro’s restaurants are a 3 minute stroll down hill. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The location is spot on, within reach of everything but very quiet. The apartment is up a steep hill so if you find walking hard, it may not be for you. Plenty of car parking is available. Cleaning is weekly. Would thoroughly recommend. If I was being picky, maybe the balcony chairs and tables need renewing but they are still functionable.
