Charming 1BR Apartment Close to Town and Beaches

This lovely one bedroom apartment is situated on the small complex of Colina Verde (Green Hill). It is one of the most elevated points of Carvoeiro and has stunning town and sea views. All the rooms have a balcony or terrace and enjoy lovely open views. On the roof you have a large, private terrace where you can sunbathe, enjoy an al fresco meal or watch the sun set!

It has an excellent pool area (with a small, shallow kids pool) with showers, changing rooms, WC's and freely available sunbeds.

Very quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to an award winning sandy beach, the village centre and great restaurants. Carvoeiro is set on a particularly attractive stretch of coastline with lovely cliff top walks and hidden sandy coves. Local activities include golf, diving, boating and tennis. If you like to explore, there are lots of other interesting places to visit nearby, including the old historic capital of Silves just 10km away.

Notes on accommodation:
The ample sized bedroom may be made up with a superking bed or twin beds. There is a built in wardrobe and plenty of storage. In the lounge there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and adapter plugs are included. There is ample parking around the property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Outside:
Both the bedroom and lounge have private balconies, each with a small table and two chairs. There is a small sunny terrace off the kitchen, overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 2 chairs. There is also a large, private roof terrace with a lounge area, BBQ, a dining table and four chairs, 2 sun loungers and a bar area with 2 bar stools overlooking the sea...a perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset! There is a lovely shared pool area with large swimming pool and separate children's pool set in well maintained gardens. There is room for a picnic on the grass and facilities include showers, changing rooms with WCs, and sun beds. Colina Verde is a small, quiet development and there is always plenty of room for everyone.

Fantastic complex, small and quiet, conveniently located to the town centre - but be prepared to walk some hills. The apartment is well furnished and all appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. We wish there had been beach towels provided because it seemed inconvenient to have to get our own but otherwise the apartment was fairly well equipped and communication with Christina was excellent!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le logement est très propre et ne manque de rien. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre ville et de la plage. La région est magnifique et le logement est situé au milieu de tout. La piscine est agréable et la grande terrasse solarium avec vue à 360 degrés est un atout indéniable. Un grand merci a Christina pour son accueil à Carvoeiro, nous recommandons a 100%.

Perfect Getaway in a Beautiful Carvoero

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described (and even better in person). The home was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable. The private rooftop patio was a definite favorite.The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We especially appreciated the heated towel rack and the charcoal bbq (especially during the country widepower outage), lolThe location was ideal—walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten zwar etwas Probleme in der Dunkelheit das richtige Appartement zu finden und das Zahlenschloss für den Schlüsselkasten hat gehakt aber das waren dann auch alle unsere Kritikpunkte. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Durch den überdachten, großen Balkon konnten wir selbst bei Regen draußen sitzen und bei Sonne war die eigene Dachterrasse ein echtes Highlight. Obwohl es viele, gute Restaurants in Carvoeiro gibt, hat die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche auch Lust darauf gemacht selbst zu kochen. Etwas mehr Besteck, große und kleine Teller wären noch super. Dann müsste man die Spülmaschine nicht so häufig laufen lassen bzw nicht zwischendurch per Hand spülen. Aber das war zu verschmerzen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Carvoeiro kommen, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung zurück!

Le paradis !

Ce condo frappe par sa splendeur et sa grandeur ! La terrasse est magnifique à toutes heures du jour. Les commodités sont complètes. Accès à la piscine. L’endroit est très central pour visiter l’Algarve d’est en ouest ! La plage de Carvoeiro est un bijou en fin de journée! Nous recommandons fortement ! Les propriétaires sont faciles d’accès par VRBO

Gerne wieder!

Das Appartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, ausgestattet, so dass man auch gerne Zeit im Appartment verbringt, ohne das Gefühl zu haben etwas zu verpassen. Verschiedenste Strände, sowie Restaurants sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Zusätzlich gibt es fussläufig natürlich auch sämtliche Angebote in Carvoeiro selbst. Mike und Christina sind herzliche Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent Apartment

Apartment was exactly as described. Rooftop terrace was so nice to sit and have dinner or just relax. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Very quiet and had everything you need. Christina was quick to answer any question I had and was so accommodating. Loved are stay and would stay in the apartment again

Beautiful vacation

The condo is perfect. Nice balconies to eat or have a drink. Big enough for a family of 4. Contacting the host Christina was easy and she answered quickly. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Carvoeiro is central for visiting the Algarve.

Very centrally located, comfortable, everything necessary provided, air conditioning a bonus, and the terrace is brilliant - we spent much of our time there, in shade or heat. A really nice apartment. It's a five minute stroll into the town, though a steep 6-7 minute return.

Charming, so comfortable and super well equipped

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christina + Mike's superb flat in Carvoeiro. The apartment is lovely and so well equipped for a comfortable stay with superb terraces, lovely pool and the unbeatable private rooftop terrace. Great stay in Carvoeiro!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Everything beginning with the communication with Christina to check out with Maria, the housekeeper, was seamless. Christina was available promptly to answer any of my questions prior to arriving as well as changing our arrival dates. The property was comfortable (great King size bed), clean and equipped with everything we needed. The distance was a little further from the beach then what we had expected but very doable and we very much appreciated the available parking at the complex. We would certainly consider returning to this property!

Lovely stay in Carvoeira

The property was just as described. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely roof top terrace which we were able to use even in Jan/ Feb. We would love to stay in this property again if the opportunity arises. The cleaner, Maria was very and communications with the hosts was excellent. The complex was really quiet whilst we were there, the pool area looked lovely and well maintained, thought not used by us as we were there in Winter.

Great location and view.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 24 nights. It was just above the bustling small town which was handy for walks into the town. Up and down hill of course:) Carveioro is situated in a great part of Portugal with an opportunity to experience many amazing day trips in the south area. The Algarve is spectacular. We spent our mornings on the living room balcony with a wonderful view overlooking the town and many late afternoons on the wonderful roof top terrace. The bed was comfy and the linens were 5 star. Appreciated having a washing machine with this long of a stay. Christina’s communication was excellent. The living area was adequate. The water temperature in the shower was very hard to control. I know this is out of Christina’s control but thought it was worth mentioning. The neighborhood dogs bark all hours of the day and night. I would suggest bringing earplugs for an uninterrupted nights sleep. We will have very wonderful memories of this fabulous vacation. Thank you. Christina!

We are Mike, Christina and Skye from Scotland. We have, between us, enjoyed holidays in Carvoeiro for over 30 years! Mike and his family have been going since he was a child and now we love spending time there in our apartment as a family!

We bought this apartment as a holiday rental and somewhere to spend our family holidays every year as we love Carvoeiro - there really is something for everybody! Skye loves the beach and we really enjoy relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and watching the sun set!
