This newly constructed apartment is located in a quiet area overlooking the stunning Praia do Marinha beach, which is less than a five minute walk away. Carvoeiro and Benagil are a short drive making this an ideal location.



The property has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and sink. There is a second twin bedroom which has the use of a full bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and have small balconettes. The living area is modern and light in decoration and has patio doors leading to a terrace with stunning uninterrupted views to the sea, swimming pool and countryside. The kitchen/dining area is modern and fully fitted and has a door to a laundry area with washing machine and drying space. Externally there are stairs leading to a private roof terrace which is extermely spacious and has a BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is ample space for sunbathing also. Surrounding the apartment are fabulous sculptured gardens and a large communal swimming pool which also has a small children's pool. Overall, the apartment is extremely light and spacious and has been decorated with a fresh modern feel.



There is plenty of private parking and a car is recommended.

Great place, pool also good. Only one bidet not two as shown. One shower really too small to use. AC in both bedrooms but not in the living room. Kitchen had everything vwe needed. We loved it here. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and rock formations, cliffs Lots of parking but you do need a car

I think that the property has plenty of space, the location is great for those looking for a more secret Algarve than the main stream one. Praia da Marinha is amazing though small and maybe not the best for small children but you do have options around. The minus was definitely the cleaning of the property and surrounding areas. The extractor filter likely wasn't changed for years. We alerted the rental company but nothing was done. There were very dusty areas in the property and really it needs better cleaning.

This was our best stay this month!

This apartment is very comfortable and has a breathtaking view. It is very close to walk to the prettiest beach in Europe. The furnishings had everything needed including a washer and dishwasher. Our welcome from Maryanna was very helpful in figuring how to operate the appliances. While staying we took an e-bike tour that gave us a fantastic view of this gorgeous area. And this apartment was at the prettiest place. Advice for dining led to a restaurant so good we went back the next evening. We would love to return and highly recommend Elite Rentals. Written directions for operation of appliances would be helpful, as we arrived on Saturday and Maryann came on Monday.

Superbe location très proche de cette plage de rêve dans la région !

Situation : proximité de la plage à pied piscine très agréable L’appartement : très spacieux, très confortable , bonne occultation des fenêtres bien équipé L’agence : service de l’agence pour les petits problèmes rencontrés joignabilité proposition de décaler un peu le départ top ! Pas de Climatisation dans la pièce de vie Système d’enregistrement pas très clair ou qui m’a demandé deux fois la même chose relance pendant le séjour pour s’enregistrer alors qu’on est déjà dedans Check de la vaisselle (pas mal dépareillée, manque quelques petits verres, couverts, couvercles, etc… ) Le rideau de douche dans un bac petit = pas très agréable Mais tout cela ne gâche pas le séjour par rapport à ce qu’on a vraiment aimé !!
