Surrounded by majestic loblolly and long-needle pines, nestled on the lush 11th fairway of the historic Donald Ross designed Pinehurst No. 3 course, our newly remodeled home promises a golfer's experience like no other. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a casual player, this meticulously designed haven is poised to elevate your golfing experience to new heights.

This house was just like the listing! Plenty of space, super clean, and a great backyard view. The open kitchen/living space was perfect for a big group. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Greatbsetting out back on Pinehurst #3 and within striking distance from all of the courses in the area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Quick Golf Trip

Great place for a quick two-night golf trip with a foursome. Rooms were good in size, plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Main living area was great for pre and post round discussions and hanging out. Overall fantastic experience.

Loblolly A Must

House layout is awesome with the adult bedroom wing at opposite end of house. Perfect for grandparents hosting adult children and grandkids. Great view to the golf course with a nice deck for relaxing. The housekeeping staff does a great job. Cleanliness 100%. Would book again.

This was a wonderful home. Great lay out with everything provided for a weekend stay. Neighborhood was safe and very walkable and short drive to sights ! Great kitchen ,,very organized . Loved the screen porch and outdoor sitting with great view. I highly recommend

Perfect home for Pinehurst trip

Property was exactly as described. The location was 10 minutes or less from everything in Pinehurst we chose to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was updated and stocked appropriately. If we're lucky enough to come back we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great Pinehurst Stay!

We had a great stay at Loblolly. Great location, house was extremely clean, tons of space for our group to spread out. The kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped and we loved sitting out on the patio watching golfers come by. Highly recommend!

Great location at Pinehurst

This home is located in a lovely shaded neighborhood right on the golf course. The screened in porch was lovely during the evenings. The house was clean and easily accommodated our party of 5.

July 2021 Stay

Great home in a perfect location on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for the month of July. The screened in porch is our favorite place to be. Beds are comfortable too. We will be back. Thanks for allowing for such an easy check in/check out process.

Relaxed location, home.

As described. Great location and quiet area! Better than usual dinnerware and glassware. Nice bar setup. Nice yard. Beds very comfortable. Cleaners could do a little better w kitchen esp cooktop and oven. Pet friendly w few not unexpected pet stains but had been cleaned.

Wonderful Golf Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 2 week rental of the Fairway House in April. It was beautiful spring weather - warm temps, sunny skies and the azaleas in the area were in full bloom. We played golf at 9 different local courses (Legacy and Longleaf were favorites). There is also a nice public practice facility at Knollwood Fairways on Midland Road. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with multiple "living" spaces so we could be together or on our own. We especially enjoyed spending time on the porch, watching golfers roll by, having breakfast in the morning and cocktails at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (a toaster with 4 slots rather than just 2 would have been helpful at a house of this size, just a suggestion!) We appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The grill on the back patio was a great amenity, and the fact that they stock an extra propane canister on site was a great detail (we did not need it, but it was nice to know it was there!) We enjoyed TV in the living room - you watch through the Spectrum App, which took a bit of time to figure out when we first arrived. The internet was strong, and the rental folks supplied the log-in information upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and great for dog walking! We appreciated the excellent "welcome" notebook the owners put together, and the number-pad front door lock kept us from having to keep track of or share keys. The beds were all very comfortable. It was nice to have the desk in one of the bedrooms so work did not have to be done in the living areas. We felt very much at home and hope to return again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved our stay

We were in town over New Years for a Junior golf tourney and stayed for a week. We loved the property. Very clean, spacious, well stocked/appointed, great location on a golf course, close to Pinehurst GC and old town. Wonderful neighborhood to walk in. The new linens and beds were very appreciated. The outdoor screened porch was a favorite to watch sports. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.
