Just 4 miles away from the town of Ludlow, which is at the start of the Mortimer Trail, a long-distance path to Kington on the Herefordshire/Wales border and boasts stunning views. The town of Ludlow lies in the shadow of the 13th-century Ludlow Castle which regularly holds events and is a must day out for guests stopping at the property. The town itself also boasts an array of shops, bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy.
After a day sightseeing and enjoying all that Shropshire has to offer, why not sit out in the private enlcosed garden at the property, with a glass of wine, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that the location offers?

Stylish country cottage retreat!
It was a "wow" upon walking through the door. Usually the photos make rental properties look good, but this was better than the photos. Everything has been carefully thought about, the furnishings and fitting are of a high quality. The host even decorated the cottage with Easter theme and included an Easter Egg in the, very generous, basket of food stuffs. The cottage is in the grounds of the hosts home and feels very welcoming. They have chickens and a beautiful country garden. Very happy to give this property an excellent review. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Ludlow but also want a quiet country retreat to go back to after signtseeing for the day. Loved it!
