Pool heating is charged 30 euros per day with a minimum of 7 days
payable directly to the owner. If the heating pool is required, please
contact us for further assistance.
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

In general the stay was lovely and the area is quiet, picturesque and the view is fantastic. There are a few restaurant and shops within a 10-15min walk and the town is a short drive away. Stavos the manager was always on hand and attended daily to check the pool. However there were silly little issues that did not spoil the trip but I feel need to be considered, firstly the main house key is also the fob for the the power so every time you go out powers off to the ac and fans, appreciate that we are managing costs but in the summer months when your out for the day it is a little uncomfortable when you first return. Also the property really needs some simple tic to bring it back to a standard against value, actually seal around the windows, refresh the paintwork, modernise the external furniture and if you will charge for ac in the front room let it be on constant and not on a timer where we need to reset it every 2 hours. As I said in general a lovely stay but the home just needs a general makeover but for a quiet idyllic home away from all the hustle of Paphos and protaras it’s ideal. The pool was the best area and a super size for the family.

Fantastic villa

We stayed for 9 nights in Tsikkos Ena. Check in process was super easy. Property manager was lovely, easy to contact & gave us notice of when housekeeping were visiting. Villa was very clean and had all amenities you could need. Multiple supermarkets nearby. Pool was clean & tidy and the beach is pretty much on your doorstep. The view from the balcony over the sea was gorgeous and we spent most nights there watching the sunset. We hired a car and would recommend doing this. A few restaurants within walking distance, but if you want to go a little further afield (and make the supermarket run a bit easier), a car is probably a good idea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

We had the best holiday ever! The living room and the kitchen were very well-equipment and comfortable. Outside, there were a BBQ, a dining area, and a private swimming pool! The beach is just a 1-minute walk from the villa, which made our holiday amazing as we did not need to spend too much time walking to the beach. We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there and we will come back for sure.

We had a really pleasant holiday. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The outside areas were well maintained and the pool was very clean. It is set in an absolutely beautiful location near the sea. Nearby are some nice restaurants, where we tried the most delicious specialties. We also tried their local wines. We liked that we were able to combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days at the villa. I hope we will come back the next year.

Overall it was a very good and relaxing week. Everything was excellent! The owners and the agents were friendly and easy to contact. The extra attention from the owners with a homemade gift was really appreciated. We visited Polis and Latchi and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local drinks, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We promised to come back. Highly recommended.

It was exactly what we needed. The pool and garden area were well maintained. The towels and bed linens were changed twice a week. It was a good seclude and we were able to freely enjoy ourselves while using the pool. The nearest beach is right across the street and was amazing to watch the sunset over the sea. Cant wait for our next holiday there.

Clean, private, and comfortable. Villa is spacious and well equipped. I would also mention that you do not need a car as a supermarket, tavernas, restaurants and a beach are really close to the property. We could not ask for better service as everything went smoothly from the booking to the end of our holiday. We highly recommend this villa! And the agency too!
