Villa Talassa near Coral Bay with optional 4x4 CAR, Jacuzzi and HEATED POOL

Villa Talassa is located in Lower Peyia in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a protected area with trees. It is only 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay with its sandy beach and 1 km from the old hillside village of Peyia.

Our base price is set to 2 people, giving smaller groups the best possible price.

Please note that the car is not included in the booking price, it is offered for an additional fee to the guests who are happy with manual transmission.

The villa is spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, an elegantly appointed dining area (seats six) and fully-equipped modern kitchen. French doors in the dining and living rooms lead respectively to the patio (sunbeds) and to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) overlooking the swimming pool.

Marble staircase leads to upstairs rooms, which are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony, as well as en suite shower and toilet, and the second bedroom has a king size bed and balcony. Both balconies are accessed by French doors, which have mosquito nets. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and aircon. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking space at the villa and free parking outside.

Lovely winter sun break!

We had a lovely stay at the villa for 10 days. Very clean, very comfortable, close to the shops, supermarket and the beach. The use of the car was a real bonus. Taxi pick ups to and from the villa efficient and hassle free. Really don’t want to say to much as we want to keep it all to ourselves for future bookings! if we come back to Cyprus we will definitely be staying here. Would thoroughly recommend it to friends and family and actually we have already done it!

Dear Denise, I am sorry to learn that after a two-month stay your only comment is on the solar panels (located two plots away from our villa), which cause occasional noise during the day when changing position to follow the sun. I thought you might mention the fact that we allowed you to have three guests staying at no extra cost and provided towels and bedding for them. It was an unusually rainy January and February this year, so I am not surprised to hear that you didn't get much winter sun, but clearly that is not something within my control. And not having good weather is no excuse for smoking indoors (against house rules), not airing the house during your stay, and doing little or no cleaning, all of which neglect left deposits of black mould in the bathroom.

Villa has a nice secluded garden, however, the side and rear hedges were overgrown in height and width which meant that flowers were constantly falling into the pool and surrounding area, and this meant the pool lost the sun by 3pm. The pool was constantly getting tiny red ants (fire ants) which often made swimming uncomfortable as they give a nasty sting. Use of the car was a grateful addition, we had a couple of problems but Dennis sorted these out quickly.Overall we enjoyed our stay and could have been much improved with more interaction with Dennis from arrival as he is a very nice man (we only got to speak to him when we had a problem).

Dear Mark, thank you for your feedback. I did offer to cut down low-hanging branches when you first mentioned the inconvenience of flowers falling around the pool area, but you answered "it's beautiful here, we love it", and I didn't hear any more complaint from you about the garden, so I thought everything was okay and didn't pursue the matter further. Regarding the ants, all properties in Cyprus have them in the summer. We treat them between tenancies every 1-2 weeks, and we didn't have any complaints for two seasons now. You stayed for 5 weeks, so additional treatment was required. And as soon as you mentioned the problem, this treatment was provided by the gardener. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall, and hope you will return one day.

Lovely villa in a great location with added bonus of a car

From the moment we booked Tanya was excellent with communication and was very helpful. Tanya arranged for Dennis to collect us from the airport and he was very informative, before dropping us at the villa he drove us round to show us all the places that might be of use such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, beach etc which was a great help. The villa was lovely and clean and there was everything there that you might need. We paid to have use of the jacuzzi and the pool heated which was definitely worth it and we are glad we had. The garden is very private. Having use of the car was great. Coral Bay beach is just over a 5 minute drive from the villa and there are lots of restaurants and bars along Coral Bay strip. Tanya very kindly allowed us a late check out and Dennis collected us from the villa again to take us back to the airport. We would recommend Villa Talassa, we had a lovely week staying there.

Lovely villa and pool, great location, super helpful host

We spent 4 weeks at this villa and found it to be lovely and clean on arrival. There were thoughtful touches, such as bread, milk etc in the fridge for us. The pool was sublime! The use of the car included in the fee made this a very good value for money holiday. We noticed that the people who had stayed here immediately before us complained about ants in their review. Tanya arranged for these to be treated and we were able to keep them at bay! Tanya was super helpful all through our stay and I would suggest that if anyone encounters a problem they should let Tanya know at the time rather than leave it until they submit their review. That way she can deal with whatever it is straightaway. All our communication with her were very good and she always replied the same day.

Very Enjoyable

A fantastic place to have a real break of a holiday. The villa was well appointed with pleanty utensils/plates and cups to make the our start straight away. In the fridge was some milk butter and bread to get us started. All of the rooms were.of a great size with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely to dip into apart from the ants that took a liking to the rest if the family. The hit tub was nice to relax into. But the star of the show was the rav 4 totally lovely drive. Complete with sun shield, and air-conditioning and cypriot plates to keep the tourists away. A bit of a walk to the restaurants but as life is chilled who cares how long it takes and there is always a cool beer waiting. Tanya was a dream host easily contactable and made the checkin and collection from the airport so easy. Totally recommend this villa

Lovely little villa pool was to cold heating needs turning up a notch or two.

We couldn't use the pool as to cold for myself and partner. Pool area is tiny and hard to sunbath round. The use of the car was a big bonus. Pots pans and utensils could do with a good clean. We had to hand wash all these items before using them! And then charged 50 euros for The cleaners that obviously are not doing there job properly. The villa is lovely good size easy to keep clean. We had issues with the tv would be watching a film and tv turns itself off and back on again very strange but a pain while watching a film. Overall we had a nice time here coral bay is a lovely beach and also found some lovely restaurants to eat at. It was our first time in Cyprus and everybody very helpful and friendly.

Dear Jason, I know you were unlucky with the weather as there were a lot of rainy days, which is unusual for Cyprus in October, but we couldn't possibly make the pool warmer as it is not heated and there is no information on the website which would indicate otherwise. On the other hand, there is a series of pictures showing our recently relined pool with a freshly paved and enlarged surround, which easily accommodates four sunbeds, and in fact we have up to six people staying at a time and happily occupying the pool area without overcrowding or complaint, so it is hardly an inadequate space. As to the problem with the TV, had you reported it at the time somebody would have come over right away to fix it. In fact it only required the cable to be pushed in. I was disappointed that you did not mention in your review the help that you received from me, for example the fact that when you called me from the airport asking to move in four and a half hours earlier than the check-in time I complied with your request (in fact by cutting the time for cleaning). In those circumstances the cleaner missed one pan (you said in your private message), which was not properly washed and put in the cupboard by the previous guests. Also, you did not mention in your review that we allowed you to stay as long as convenient for you on the day of your departure, without extra charge, and you did thank me for this in your private message, and for making your stay enjoyable, without any expression of dissatisfaction, except about the weather. I am glad that all in all you enjoyed your visit, and certainly I did everything I could to facilitate your stay at the villa. Best wishes, Tanya

A lovely relaxed winter break

The villa was just as described and fully prepared for our arrival. It had everything we wanted or needed, clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, garden and pool were the main attractions for us and it did not disappoint. The property is 5mins by car to nearest beach (Coral Bay beach), which was not at all crowded and offered decent bar snacks, etc. We know Cyprus pretty well, so weren't looking for sight seeing, rather we wanted close proximity to beaches, a quiet neighborhood and a large pool. We had all of this and more, the garden being very private , with lovely flowering trees and plants. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. I noticea orevious review marked the villa down for being toi shaded around the pool? We didn’t find this, as the pool offered full sun on one side for 7-8hrs a day and nice shade on the other side. Perfect! Host Tanya and housekeeper, Svetlana, were both immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

Ein sehr schöner, unvergesslicher und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienvilla war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man sich vorstellen konnte. Die Lage war sehr zentral aber ruhig, man war für sich allein und die Nähe zu Paphos und weiteren Ausflugmöglichkeiten und Stränden war hervorragend. Top gepflegte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Hier passt alles: Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Toller, nicht einsehbarer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend großer Pool und als Highlight die Hot Tub - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
