Noah - Private Sunset Hideaway

You will feel as you were at home, a warm and comfortable atmosphere due to the decoration and the colors we chose for you!
We have 3 spacious rooms, one of which is a suite. A shared bathroom with shower, an open kitchen with the dining room and the living room. Can you imagine yourself cooking while contemplating the Atlantic Ocean!?
In the living room you can count on a SMART TV with internet access, where you can watch a movie on Netflix (you must have an account).

On the side we have a built-in barbecue to make your grills, with a beautiful table with space for the whole family or friends.
Impossible not to mention our swimming pool, a beautiful pool where you will enjoy beautiful moments of fun. This one can be heatead with an additional cost, please inform if you would like this extra-service.
We also have a laundry room.

Very nice house in a quiet environment

we spent a very pleasant week in this villa of very beautiful quality. Everything is very clean, very well thought out and very comfortable. The bedding is of good quality, and the equipment is top of the range. Two things to note: the access by car is very very narrow, very sloping and will not support a large vehicle. One negative point from my point of view : no modern gas barbecue, but a traditional charcoal barbecue which is quite difficult to use and therefore limits the pleasure of grilling

Short December Family Stay in Madeira

We had a fantastic stay at the Noah House Sunset Hideaway. We’ve stayed in hotels in 50+ countries worldwide, and this property was incredibly unique and was the perfect home base for our short December stay in Madeira. What We Loved: - How new and modern the house was—top notch kitchen and bathrooms - The small details like the Christmas tree and traditional snacks left by management staff - The outdoor area was incredible, we spent a lot of time there on sunny days - The views were unmatched—you have to see it to believe it - Distance to Calheta marina made it easy to go out for dinner and lunch - Parking spot included - The number of towels included, this was helpful - Proximity to a very large grocery store - Being able to check in early - Very responsive management, whenever we had an issue they responded immediately What Could Be Improved - The garage was fantastic, but the driveway is very narrow and steep, it was a bit challenging with our car, something to watch out for

Top Villa, sehr ruhig mit bezeizbarem Pool

- alles super neu, schickes Design, genau unser Geschmack, man fühlt sich direkt wohl - Vermieter reagiert schnell und ist zuverlässig - ruhig - sauber - Ausblick und Infinity Pool waren erstklassig (Heizung 35.-Euro/Tag) - Vorhänge elektrisch - Tor Einfahrt mit Fernbedienung - bequeme Betten und Couch - echte Grünanlagen und Pflanzen Villa ist komplett neu gebaut. Es fehlen noch Handtücher für den Pool und WLan funktioniert im Haus aber nicht im Aussenbereich. Beides ist in Arbeit. Auch ein Spiegel für die Ausfahrt zur Straße wird noch montiert.
