Nine PotterHill is a beautifully appointed three bedroomed Holiday Cottage situated in the very heart of Pickering in North Yorkshire. Ideally located for exploring the North York Moors or pretty costal resorts along the East Coast. Its also situated within short drives of The cathedral City of York and the quant market towns of Helmsley, Thirsk and Knaresborough.
The property boasts three roomy bedrooms set across 2 floors, sleeping 6 guests. The cottage has the recent addition of a luxury bathroom with a wonderful freestanding bath and separate shower cubicle. Nine PotterHill is ideal for families or small groups and equally as comfortable for couples wishing to get away together. Outside there is a small but very welcoming enclosed courtyard, which has a lovely rustic bench to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine into the evening. The courtyard also gains full sun throughout the day. There is also the added benefit of a useful lockable bike store for cycle enthusiasts, which is fitted with wall mounted bike racks should you wish to bring your bicycles along with you to enjoy the North Yorkshire country side by bike.
Nine PotterHill Holiday Cottage is child friendly; providing high chair, travel cot, changing mat and child crockery. We also provide a stair gate. Dogs are also very welcome to accompany you on your holiday at Nine PotterHill.

Matt & Lisa had longed for their very own holiday cottage having managed other peoples for many years. Pickering seemed the perfect location as it is so central to so many attractions within North Yorkshire.

Location to so many attractions; in particular the North York Moors Railway which lies at the end of the road!
What makes this property unique
Nine PotterHill is so centrally located with ample free on street parking which is a huge bonus been so central to the town centre. It also lies just a 2 minute walk to The North York Moors Railway .
