Property as described, good space for a family of four. Comfy beds with nice linen. Modern bathroom with decent shower. Location was close for west end with lots going on and a couple of local shops across the road. In my opinion the kitchen needs spruced up, let’s the house down somewhat. Property was quite cold when we arrived but heating issue resolved with communication with owner. Being a two week stay we could have done with a tumble drier - and more coat hangers. A welcome pack with take away recommendations, instructions etc would have came in handy. Overall I would recommend this home.

The house itself was great in layout, and location, with shops to hand, and ample parking on site and on the immediate street. Owner communicated well, and promptly and politely, and overall we were satisfied, but for an issue, I think, that is more down to the hired cleaning.Kitchen was greasy, oven stank the whole house when it heated up, it wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean. There were unwashed towels folded and put back - this was rectified quickly on contacting the owner. The garden was overgrown and unusable, and windows were really dirty. To summarise, the price of the rental was reasonable, and the potential of the house is great, with more kitchen pots and pans, a bit more maintenance of run down things and better cleaning, I would have marked it up to 4.5 stars as it wasn't an expensive rental, and was comfortable.....Very fast internet also helps.
