Welcome to our modern and functional apartment, located in a quiet yet central area just a few minutes from the beaches and main amenities.

This apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking peace and quiet in both winter and summer.

It is located on the ground floor of a typical building with only 4 units in total, ensuring a peaceful stay and an authentic atmosphere.

The apartment features a spacious double bedroom (with the option of a travel cot, available upon advance request) and a bright living room with a sofa that easily converts into a comfortable double bed for extra guests.

The kitchen is designed with families in mind, so you’ll find it fully equipped to meet every need.

In addition to standard kitchenware, you’ll have a dishwasher so you don’t have to worry about the dishes, and a microwave—very handy for quickly heating meals or baby bottles—as well as everything you need to cook full meals on your own, just like at home.

Upon your arrival, we’ll be happy to provide you with everything you need to start your day: a coffee maker with pods, a selection of teas, and toast for a peaceful breakfast on our little balcony.

You’ll also find a welcome gift as a thank-you for choosing our home.

1st floor: just 3 short flights of stairs separate the entrance from the pedestrian street.

Parking
Forget the stress of finding parking!
You’ll have access to a spacious private garage located within a newly built, modern, clean, and very secure garage complex.

Location:
The garage is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
A leisurely stroll will allow you to leave your car under cover and enjoy the area with complete freedom.
Please note that there is a fee for using the garage.

Alternatively, there are several free parking spots in the immediate vicinity of the apartment that might be more convenient for those who prefer not to walk.
The Sea and the Beaches
The area offers a huge variety of beaches, suitable for every need and budget. Whether you’re looking for the comfort of a beach club equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or the freedom of a public beach, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
They’re easily accessible on foot.

To ensure maximum transparency, please note the following services and costs not included in the base rate:
1. Parking: A reserved parking space is available for 10 euros per day.

2. Tourist tax: The municipality requires a payment of 1.50 euros per person per day (for the first 5 days of your stay).

(NOTE: Cleaning fees are already included in the final price you see on the platform.)

The recycling bins are located in front of the supermarket and open automatically when you tap the blue key. Inside the apartment, the key is under the sink.

In winter, the independent heating is already set; simply use the arrows to adjust the temperature (please turn it off when you leave).
