Prestigious and unique apartment facing the sea, perfectly finished and furnished, comprising entrance hall, living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower and panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.
The apartment is located on the first floor with an exclusive entrance.

Herrliche aussicht

Die wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für 3 Personen! Das beste aber ist der grosse Balkon mit wunderbarer meersicht. Man hört tag und nacht das Meer Rauschen. Am Wochenende ist die Musik von der Bar unten etwas laut, aber dies war uns bewusst. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, daher hat es nicht gestört. Die Lage ist top! Direkt am Meer und mitten in alassio.

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung, mit einem tollen blumigen großen Balkon, ist sehr schön und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir zunächst vom öffentlichen freien Strand, welcher nur ein kleiner Streifen war. Da wir nun Anfang September dort waren, war jedoch immer ein Platz für uns frei. Toll wäre es, wenn im Preis auch zwei Strandliegen mit Schirm beinhaltet gewesen wären.

Ci fa piacere che via sia piaciuto e vi siate trovati bene nel nostro appartamento. Alassio ha una grande tradizione di belle spiagge con sabbia finissima e acqua molto pulita: è tra le prime in Italia per il mare blu; purtroppo vi sono moltissime spiagge a pagamento e poche libere.

Traumwohnung in Traumlage.... perfekt für einen Traumurlaub!

Eine ganz liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist sogar ein kleiner Tischgrill vorhanden. Ob Spülmittel, Seife, .... - eigentlich braucht man für die ersten Tage kaum selbst etwas mitbringen - und der nächste Supermarkt - klein aber fein, ist nicht weit und hat alles was man braucht. Über den Blick braucht man nichts zu sagen - ein Traum! Lust auf ein Bad? - Handtuch über die Schulter, ab zum freien Strand und rein in die Wellen… kurz trocknen und wieder nach oben - oder lieber einen schönen Strandplatz mit Liege - auch kein Problem… Die Lage ist fantastisch! Allerdings muss man dadurch mit etwas „Lärm“ auch in der Nacht rechnen, da unter der Wohnung eine (tolle!!!) Pizzeria ist und die „Kneipe“ an der Ecke teilweise bis spät in der Nacht sehr laute Musik hat - aber trotzdem ist es gut auszuhalten. 😉 Fürs Auto gibt es drei Querstraßen weiter eine Garage - besser „im Rückwärtsgang“ einparken und „knapp packen“ - denn es gibt keine große Möglichkeit am Haus zu parken und aus zu packen… daher heißt es, je nach Menge, zwei - drei mal laufen. Das Einzig wirklich „negative“ ist, dass leider im Schlafzimmer geraucht wurde und man leider auch durch ausgiebiges Lüften den Geruch nicht mehr rausbekam. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, danke!
