The retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two serene first-floor bedrooms, with additional sleeping options for one guest on a folding armchair and two more on the living room’s plush couch. Maximum Capacity of the villa is 7 Guests. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an authentic Cretan living area, complete with a Smart LG 43” TV, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for culinary exploration, and a dining space designed for memorable shared moments with loved ones. The villa also features a spacious shared first-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower for functionality.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 60€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
