Double-SDB privée avec baignoire-The Snowy Owl

Snowy Owl bedroom has comfortable king size bed, flat screen Tv with Freeview, large window seat looking on high street. The en-suite has being refurbished to highest standard.
With its central location on Glastonbury high street, the 8 Owls is close to local amenities and good transport links which makes an ideal base to explore much of what the town has to offer: Glastonbury Abbey, The Tor, Chalice Well, Unique Shopping.

Newly refurbished, it retains much of its Georgian charm. Each room has a modern en suite bathroom, coffee / tea making facility and free view TV. High speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

The secluded walled garden and elevated terrace make peaceful resting places.

The self contained cottage has a well equipped kitchen and a charming courtyard.
New addition is two bedroom apartment with kitchen, iving room and two bathrooms.

We have partnered with the newly refurbished ‘The Crown Hotel’ to provide a varied and hearty breakfast menu to cater for the differing dietary needs of our guests. The Crown has a relaxed and congenial atmosphere and the staff are attentive and friendly. The hotel is located diagonally across the street from 8 Owls at 4 Market Place, Glastonbury BA69HD.

Guested are issued with a breakfast voucher, redeemable at the Crown’s restaurant.

Please be aware that the breakfast is included in the nightly rate only for the bedroms of the B&B. The cottage and the 2 bedroom apartment have fully equipped kitchen and are booked on self catering basis and breakfast is not included in the nightly rate.

Parking: As we are on the High Street its very difficult to park in front of our B&B and we dont have off street parking. However, the St. Dunstan' car park (next to the Abbey and 1 min away from us is free 6pm-9am and it cost £10 for 9am-6pm. Another alternative is St. John's car park is 2 min away and it cost max £5.60 for 24h

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and suited our plans very well. The view of the Tor from the communal balcony upstairs was a bonus. If at all possible, maybe a small fridge in the room instead of a communal fridge would be appreciated by other guests.

Welcoming, warm and cosy

Self check in was easy no having to wait for someone to meet us to get keys. The room was modern and warm, really comfy bed. Nice size bathroom and it was all really clean. It was nice to sit and watch the world go by. Would come and stay again.

Beautiful little place

We had a lovely stay here, we used the gorgeous roof terrace to have an evning picnic, the setting is beautiful and the breakfast at the crown pub opposite was fantastic, my only small gripe was that although there was tea/coffee making there was no little milks 💫

Absolutely beautiful room, and even more beautiful town

The check-in was easy and the room was lovely. The location in Glastonbury is great being a beautiful town and short walk to the Tor which is lovely. As well as this it also has bus trips to wells, bath and other places. Would highly suggest for location alone, and the room’s great. It is a bit expensive, but I felt it was well worth it.

A great place to stay in Glastonbury, comfortable and luxurious with a lovely view of the High St.

A great bed with lovely cotton sheets and good quality bedding. Everything you need, warm bathroom, good towels, etc. The window seat has a great view of the oldest buildings in the high street. Tea, coffee etc, use of a kitchen, a great terrace with a view of the tor, also you get a fabulous breakfast in the Crown Hotel.

Exceeded our expectations!

Eight Owls B&B is perfectly situated in Glastonbury. The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved having access to the upper outside patio space with roof top view. We did not use the shared kitchen space, but thought it was a great idea for longer stays. The breakfast portion of the B&B was conveniently located across the street, and the menu there was wonderful. We would definitely book the Eight Owls again!
