Linden Apartment - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities, this first-floor apartment is ideal for couples and families. One person can be accommodated on the double sofa bed situated in the lounge if a separate bed is required. A small additional fee is applicable.
The one level accommodation comprises of a large, welcoming hallway, open plan kitchen/living room with seating and dining facilities for four people plus a sofa bed, one kingsize bedroom with ensuite facilities, one double bedroom and a large family bathroom.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen boasts a large fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine and is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and ovenware to make your self-catering holiday as relaxing as possible. A tumble drier is also in place in the apartment.
Off street parking for one car is also provided although there is no need for a car whilst staying here as it is so conveniently located for public transport links.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place for the start of our vacation. Lots of room for 4 adults. Everything was in order and no issues encountered. Good parking and walkable distance to a good grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Kristeen was super helplful. Great location with access to restaurants and downtown. We had delicious dinners at Fletchers and they are a 5 minute walk from the flat.

Stirling Break

Good off-road parking on site and close to rail and bus stations. Property in a quiet area and reasonably close to museums and castle. The property is well equipped to cater for all types of self catering and would use it again if we returned to Stirling.

Christine made me welcome and showed me around on arrival. She set me up well for the days I stayed there. I was cosy, comfortable and warm. Quiet spot and very handy to get into town on foot. Secure parking.

Perfect little apartment in Stirling!

We stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful little apartment! We had 4 adults, one of our sons slept on the pullout sofa. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and use. Very clean and we felt at home.Close walk to town, near a store and food.The host was amazing to work with, very good at contact, met us when we got there and showed us around. Was able to answer questions right away if we had any. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay

We loved the apartment. Christine the owner is just fabulous. The apartment is immaculately clean and there’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of. I would highly recommend the apartment and would certainly return if we visit Stirling again. You can walk from the apartment into town and the bus and train stations are only a walk away if you want to leave the car parked up. ⭐️⭐️

Fantastic

Linden apartment is like a home from home. It has everything you need, it is also spotlessly clean. It is spacious and we loved the 2 bathrooms. It is in a great location and near to the centre. If you are driving there is a drive and easy to get around Stirling and other areas. Christine is a lovely host, she is hospitable and will go over and above to support your needs. Out travels to linden avenue were in difficult times and Christine was compassionate and kind to us, and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying at Linden Avenue thank you.

Great place locate down the street from the city center. Host was gracious and available during the entire stay. She greeted us and showed us how to use all of the appliances.

Excellent property within very easy walking distance of Stirling town centre

We stayed here for a week combining visiting relatives with a short break. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. There is ample off road parking outside the front door. The owner met us on arrival and helped us with our luggage (the apartment is on the first floor), showed us around and explained the heating etc. We had a contact number to use at anytime if there was a problem (there were no problems). There was milk, water, orange juice, tea, coffee and biscuits awaiting us on arrival and the nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away. We will definitely try and use this apartment again if we are back in the area.

Wonderful stay as usual!

This is now the third time we have stayed at Linden Apartment. We have found Stirling Self Catering Ltd very easy and efficient to deal with. The apartment host, Christine, is always warm, friendly and welcoming. The apartment is ideally located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute walk away from Waitrose. Linden Apartment is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could ask for. We would not think of staying anywhere else when we come to Stirling. That speaks for itself! I would highly recommend the company and this apartment. Many thanks to all concerned for another wonderful stay!

Excellent accommodation

Linden apartment is of an excellent standard, extremely comfortable, well equipped, good showers and beds, quality linen and towels. The kitchen has everything you would need, we appreciated the biscuits, milk and orange juice left for us. The host, Christine, lives on site, she welcomed us warmly, gave us useful information and then said she was there if we needed her for anything. I would highly recommend Linden apartment. Located in Stirling, a short 10 minute walk to the city.

Our stay in Stirling Scotland

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Christine the owner went above and beyond in assisting us and was very patient and helpful when I failed to work the washing machine! The place was spotless and it was well equipped. It was very quiet, the grocery store was close by, and the castle and town centre were within walking distance. Excellent!!
