The Estate is comprised of 3 SPACIOUS HOMES (abt 15,000 Sq Ft total) located at the top of a hill on a 400 ACRE PRIVATE RANCH. It overlooks the PACIFIC OCEAN and is surrounded by RAINFOREST. This is a perfect setting for LARGE GROUPS -- FAMILY/FRIENDS REUNIONS, YOGA/FITNESS RETREATS, WEDDINGS etc.... The Estate offers plenty of space for both GATHERINGS as well as for PRIVACY.

The homes are NEXT TO EACH OTHER so guests can easily go from one to the other through the LUSH GARDENS. Each has it's own pool, 3 POOLS in all! The 3.5 ACRE property gives guests PLENTY OF ROOM to relax and enjoy inside, outside and on top!

Each home is TASTEFULLY FURNISHED and UNIQUE. The SPACIOUS ROOMS with 10' tall ceilings, are filled with LIGHT. Each home as its own kitchen and laundry room. Our cooking staff prepares delicious meals in a separate CHEF KITCHEN, next to the first home.

IT'S NATURALLY COOLER UP THERE: The gentle hill top breezes keep the homes and gardens cool most of the day.... Just leave windows open and ceiling fans on. There is an CENTRAL A/C system which you'll find it's hardly ever needed!

The larger Roof Top Terraces are ideal for sunrise/sunset YOGA. All the terraces are a great place to be to enjoy the morning/evening BIRD SHOW featuring Green Parrots, Toucans, Wild Ducks and Majestic Red McCaws... and also to watch the evening lightning storm striking over the Ocean (June-October).

POOLS + RANCHOS: You'll love cooling off in any of the THREE PRIVATE POOLS and relax in the lounge chairs under the palapa umbrellas. You'll also appreciate the coolness of the PALAPA RANCHOS. The RANCHO GRANDE at Casa Exotica is the largest, (400+ SqFt) and is an ideal place for large dinners (the teak ping-pong table makes a great dining table for 16)- Additional tables/chairs available

SPECIAL EVENT DECK: Situated on the edge of the cliff, the large outdoor deck at Casa Cielo Azul (#1) is the perfect spot for a festive dinner and dance. Accommodates up to 120 persons)

CONCIERGE SERVICE... SO YOU CAN TRULY RELAX!
Our experienced managers, Daniel and Chloe, will help you plan all the details of your vacation: Airport transit, Car rental, tours and activities, tours, chef services, massages, surf lessons, etc.... They are native English speakers and fluent in Spanish (+ a little French too). They live minutes away and will be there to welcome you. They will remain on hand if you need them for anything throughout your stay. They' ll contact you and have arranged special rates for your guests and have selected reputable partners with your safety and budget in mind.

PERFECT GET-AWAY, CLOSE TO ALL THE FUN: The homes are located between the two touristy towns of Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Within a 20-30 mile radius, you will enjoy: Beaches, Zip lines, Horse rides, quad excursions, crocodile river tours, waterfalls, Island Trips, Marinas, Monkey tours, kayaking, surfing.... It's fun to go into the town to mingle with the tourist crowds, and it' s such a wonderful feeling to come back to a peaceful setting for total relaxation and privacy.

DAILY MAID SERVICE: we offer daily cleaning services available for our groups for an additional daily rate. Please let us know if you would like to add that to your reservation.

CONVENIENT LOCATION: The DEL PACIFICO TOWN CENTER, with GROCERY STORE, shops and some delicious RESTAURANTS is just 1/2 MILE down the Homes' private road.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
The homes are in Esterillos Este, only 1.5 HOUR from the SJO airport, on good roads.

We strongly recommend to have a transportation plan for your stay with us. The Estate is up a private road and it is not easy to call a local taxi and we do not have uber in our area. We recommend one of the following options.

2. RENT A CAR (RECOMMENDED). We can assist you to rent a car from one of the area providers as needed. If you get your own quote please make sure to ask for the full rate with fees so there are not "surprise" insurances upon arrival at the offices. If you use your credit card car rental policy please bring a printed version of that policy as they will need this to verify.

CANCELLATIONS 91 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Any prepaid monies are NOT refundable regardless of circumstances, including extenuating circumstances.. However, Guests will receive GOOD WILL CREDIT EQAUL TO 70% of prepaid monies towards a future stay of greater or equal value. Said credit is valid for one year from date of cancellation and is transferable.

CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 90 DAYS AND 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL: Any prepaid monies are NOT refundable regardless of circumstances, including extenuating circumstances.. However, Guests will receive GOOD WILL CREDIT EQAUL TO 35% of prepaid monies towards a future stay of greater or equal value. Said credit is valid for one year from date of cancellation and is transferable.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 29 DAYS OF ARRIVAl: Any monies paid prior to such cancellation are NOT refundable regardless of circumstances, including extenuating circumstances and NO CREDIT will be given.

ELECTRICAL ALLOWANCE: Our rental rate includes a comfortable allowance of 50KW/Day/Home (100 KW/2Hms & 150 KW/3Hms). If any, EXCESS USAGE is due and payable at checkout and at the rate of $0.75USD/KW.

WEEKENDS & SHORT STAYS: (3-4 Nights) can only be booked within 60 or less days from arrival date.

POOL SAFETY: As in most Costa Rican homes, THE POOL AREA IS NOT FENCED UP. By making a reservation, travelers ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ARE AWARE of that fact and that THEY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any accident, even resulting in loss of life, and wether or not by negligence and that they will NOT HOLD OWNER AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESPONSIBLE.

QUIET HOURS: When renting this Estate, you may have one potential neighbor to the East of Casa Exotica. We therefore ask that you show respect, meaning no loud music or noises outside and/or in the covered terraces and ranchos of this particular home. The other two homes have no outside neighbors and are well suited for late events and celebrations. Our Normal Quite hours for amplified Music is 10pm-8:am (unless otherwise confirmed by our management team for a Wedding or event).

EVENTS: Events are allowed with APPROVAL PRIOR TO BOOKING and may result in additional charges. Additional guests must be registered and paid for and may NOT stay overnight only during the event.

SMOKING: Guests MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE the home as long as smoke does not enter inside. SMOKING INSIDE the home is PROHIBITED and may result in a substantial charge against the security deposit. .

PETS: One pet per/house is allowed but MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Only well behaved, house trained and non-threatening pets are allowed. Guests must be able to maintain their pet on the property and are encouraged to bring a harness and lead. There is a $100/PET FEE that will be collected at check in.
