Set amidst the scenic backdrop of Frome, this barn spans an impressive 800 square feet, providing a spacious contrast to the area's cozy cottages. The single-story layout, seamlessly connected, encompasses a kitchen area, while bedrooms extend from the central living room. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite with brass bath, ensuring added privacy, while the second bedroom is accompanied by a shower room and lavatory accessible from the main living space.

The second bedroom is versatile, accommodating either the young or young-at-heart. With two single beds, each measuring 90cm wide, complete with feather duvets and pillows, it’s a haven for both children and sharers alike. For those seeking a more expansive sleeping arrangement, these beds can be conveniently combined to form a super king bed spanning 180cm wide—a testament to the thoughtful design of Moss Barn.

The barn stands as a hub of entertainment, thoughtfully furnished with an array of amenities to delight guests. A Marshall Acton II Speaker promises to envelop the space in rich sound. An Amazon Firestick stands ready for cozy evenings, offering access to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+, ensuring a plethora of viewing options. For those inclined towards traditional recreation, an assortment of board games awaits, accompanied by a well-stocked whisky station, catering to refined tastes.

Board games await for those rainy days, tucked away in our side console. There are some children's books too if the little ones are in tow.

The outdoor realm beckons with a garden space, thoughtfully furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, allowing guests to relish meals while soaking in scenic vistas. To facilitate moments of relaxation and contemplation, loungers and a fire pit provide a tranquil retreat. Adding to the culinary delights, a new gas BBQ and a Pizza Oven have been thoughtfully installed, enhancing the outdoor culinary experience.

Other things to note
Please note that the barn form part of a larger complex of buildings, including three neighbours and ourselves, the hosts, who are 50 yards away. The barn is not visible from the road when you enter, you have to come up the drive of the main house. Additionally, you can see and hear the road from the garden, its usually pretty quiet but 8am/5pm can be more noticeable.

Please note re the brass bath, we provide Brass friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Bramley bubble bath. Please do not use your own products as they might erode the lacquer and discolour it, regrettably.

Garden fenced in by stockfence, to about 4ft, good for doggies. Please also note that Fern barn and Moss barn have gardens side by side, albeit with screening for privacy.
