Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
The apartment was disappointing, it was in a very scruffy area with constant dogs barking and dog mess on the pavements nearby,the lock on the front door was not good,sliding doors in lounge were difficult to open and the right hand door didnt lock,the microwave was dirty so didnt use,the cupboard under the sink had a broken hinge so didnt close properly, there was damp on the walls in the main bedroom and borh beds were damp and very uncomfortable, no safe available, we had a water leak but couldn't contact owner,luckily next door neighbour contacted him,leak was fixed but hot water was turned off so we had no water fir shower for one day,also on the photos of front room it shows a clean bright blue settee and chairs but when we arrived it was a old brown settee,i will enclose pictures with this message including broken door and damp,i would not recommend this property or area to anyone,stay away,waste of money,Thankyou Paul Fellows
