VV Casa Emily is an attractive semi-detached house with everything for your family holiday and more, on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, a few minutes walk to a beautiful white sandy beach.
This house has a beautiful summer house with dining table for 6 people and a chill out area, with sliding glass door onto the terrace and the pool, ideal to realax and keep out of the mid day sun if you wish.
Welcome pack on arrival, on a 2 week stay your bed linen and towels will be changed plus a light clean. Pool cleaned twice a week.

Great location, the area is quiet and relaxing and we enjoyed the walk into town/to the beach each day. The villa was clean with good amenities and the pool area was lovely and has the sun all day.

Fantastic 3 bed villa with great garden space and pool.Loved our stay there and would definitely return.10-15 minute walk to the beach at Playa Blanca, which was fine.Little extras like pool table and sun room at end of garden were ideal.Very safe and secure gated property in residential area.Highly recommended.

Relax

Nice quiet spot to relax. Very quiet area which is about 25 minutes walk to shops, bars restaurants etc. The house has all the needs you will need for your stay and we couldn't fault it in any way. Lovely stay

Lovely break

Lovely villa with everything we needed. Lovely 20 minute walk to the sea front with lots of bars and eating places. The outside space and pool excellent and lovely and warm on our arrival, early check in was offered and Communication excellent from start to finish with an excellent welcome pack. Can’t wait for our return

Like home!

Really enjoyed the stay at Casa Emili, the apartement and pool were very clean, the welcome package was phenomenal. Our kids (6 and 3) enjoyed it too. Our hosts were always helpful and the neighbourhood was really silent. We would definitely come back.

Great place

The villa was clean and comfy, the facilities were great - made good use of the barbecue and pool table, and also the TV having English channels was perfect, didn't miss the football or Formula 1! The garden room being enclosed is perfect as the island is quite windy. Close enough to walk to the main area of Playa Blanca but far enough away it was peaceful. Overall great stay and Marius was a great host, instantly responded and turned up the next day with a replacement parasol when ours broke.

Great outdoor space

Great outdoor space with good pool, useful separate summer house and lots of different areas to enjoy sun or shade. Main drawback is poor internet access (very slow and intermittent) and along walk to town. Upstairs double bed not very comfortable but overall a great property

Great Villa in Playa Blanca

Great Villa 20 mins walk from centre of town. Host provides a great welcome with much needed necessities provided on arrival.. We were greeted on arrival by Marius an absolute gent! He couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommend this property for a great holiday. Books, TV, pS3 provided so plenty of entertainment provided too. Pool was great and got plenty of use.

Wonderful property

Fantastic 3 week stay at this gorgeous villa. The house has everything you need but we were blown away by the outdoor space. Great size pool, pool table, summer house, bbq and loads of space for the whole family to enjoy. Villa is in a quiet location but only about 10 minutes to bars restaurants and shops and about 15 mins to playa Blanca centre. Taxi rank in centre with spar and hiperdino close by which is useful if shopping. Both management company and the owners were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return

Amazing

We had an amazing stay in this villa, it had completely everything for our family of 5 , 15 yr, 11yrs, 3 yrs boys , the food hamper on arrival was so needed and made us all smile. We enjoyed the villa and felt at home . Weather was brilliant apart from one day when we travelled up to the top of the islands and saw the blind crabs in caves , we had such an amazing time and will be returning in 2017 . Was lovely meeting Pamela too. Much love The dixons

Stayed in this delightful property for a week and was really sad we had to leave. The pictures don’t do the property justice especially the outside space which was perfect for our 3 children 14,11 and 3 years. On arrival the instructions were concise and access was gained. The owners had left a fantastic welcome pack ( thank you). The walk from the villa is a leisurely 15 min or 1km if you prefer to the start of town and is flat. Cannot fault this property, we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing outdoor space

We had a lovely stay here. The house is well maintained and has everything you need including a play station which went down well with our 10 year old. The best thing about this house is the outside space, the pool is big and warm and the water was well looked after. The pool table and table football were fantastic for spending family time together, and the permanent barbecue was good to cook on. The welcome pack was appreciated. We hired a car which came in handy for getting around, but could have walked to playa Blanca if we had wanted to. The area is really quiet so suits couples or families. We will definitely be looking to book again for next year.

Beautiful casa Emily

Just returned home from an amazing week in Lanzarote. First time to the island and we’ll definately be back. We are a family of 4 (2 older teens) The villa is stunning and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely surprise, very thoughtful, beers and wine were well recieved!! The villa was spotless smelt amazing and has everything you need. Loved the pool and pool table and sitting on the terrace on a morning. The villa is a 15 min walk from the main playa Blanca but in a lovely neighbourhood felt very safe. Marius is a brilliant host, gave us lots of useful tips and was super fast in replying to any queries we had. Would 100% recommend and would Definately stay again.

Excellent 2 Week Break

We stayed here for just over 2 weeks and had a great time! The outside space was far bigger than the photos showed. The pool was perfect for what we needed and the pool table was also a great addition. The nearest shop was about 20 minutes walk away, altho Marius did very helpfully give us a lift there and back on our arrival for us to pick up basic supplies. The Beach and bars and restaurant's are again about 20mins walk, which for our 2 kids was slightly to far to go without them moaning the whole way, but for us adults it wasn't bad at all. Marius was great the whole time we were there, helped sort us out with transfers and was very accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

LOVELY PROPERTY

We were a family of four adults and one three year old child staying at Casa Emily and can honestly say the property far exceeded our expectations.There was a comprehensive welcome pack waiting for us,thus avoiding the need to shop until the following day.The villa was spotlessly clean,well furnished and with all the equipment we could need.The swimming pool was lovely and our little grandchild was delighted with it,as were Mummy and Daddy and Nana and Grandad.The pool table in the garden was also a thoughtful addition and was well used.The very large summer house was very useful to sit and eat in when the BBQ food was ready.There was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing and Nana loved sitting on the upstairs balcony,cocktail in hand watching the sunset over the mountain.Our only regret was that we didn't stay for longer.Thankyou to the owners/managers. Highly recommended.

Brilliant villa

Casa Emily was exactly as described. The house and it's grounds was clean and spacious, the pool was well maintained and lovely and warm. The pool table is an excellent addition and offered hours of entertainment. It's location is great if you're looking for a peaceful holiday, it's a leisurely 15 min stroll to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. We hired a car which we used for the bigger food shops but taxis are inexpensive if you don't have a car. Pam, Marius and Marta were on hand whenever we had a query and were always happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's not a criticism but our only suggestion would be to perhaps stock some plastic plates/cups/jugs/trays etc in the summer house for entertaining and therefore allowing slightly more space in the kitchen for food items. We couldn't recommend this villa highly enough, thank you for making our holiday such a great one guys! Rachel and family

Schöne Familienvilla in Playa Blanca

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, es gab sogar kalte Getränke und frisches Obst bei Ankunft. Ruhige Lage, aber aller problemlos zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beste Grüße
