*Access with the lockbox, code will be provided before arrival.
*Guests can contact us by phone throughout their stay.
In an Emergency/imminent threat to life call 999.
Any escape of water/leak please call us immediately.
Non emergency's please call/text between the hours of 8am and 9pm during normal working hours/days- Monday-Friday. Not including the Christmas period/New Year and Bank Holidays.
Security deposit is required before check in, along with a valid form of photo ID. Self check-in will not be available and access denied should this not be completed and may result in the booking being cancelled. The Host reserves the right to deny access and or attend the property then at their convenience to assist with check-in and an additional fee applied for the inconvenience payable by the guest. Please specify the rooms/beds required for the as per the booking before arrival. If this is not specified bedrooms/beds will be best suited to the number of guests on the booking.
