Terraced house in one of the best locations in Novo Sancti Petri (Hole 4) for its proximity to the sea, just 7-8 minutes walk to the beach ‘La Barrosa’. House located in the golf course of Novo Sancti Petri, being perfect to the practice of this sport. The house has 2 communal swimming pools, beautiful gardens and parking within the urbanization. The smaller pool is located closer to the house and it has more privacy. On the ground floor there are the kitchen with a small patio, a toilet, a large living room and a private garden equipped with sofas, garden game and sun lounger. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is a suite with a small terrace overlooking the pool. The house has wifi, sheets and towels.
