This gorgeous four-bedroom vacation home is located on a quiet street and was completely renovated and refurbished both inside and out 2015-2017. The spacious, light-filled living room with an adjacent open dining area offers direct access to the covered porch and a view of the large garden. The property features both sunny spots and shady pine trees and covers approximately 1,400 square meters. The vacation home features a saltwater pool with an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, a large barbecue grill, a covered veranda with a cozy chill-out lounge, and a large dining table. An additional sun terrace was newly built at the front of the house, allowing you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and soak up the sun all day long until evening.<br>The new, fully equipped kitchen-diner, featuring a solid wood dining table (seats 8), is directly connected to the living-dining room. The closed fireplace provides coziness and warmth in winter—while the air conditioning ensures pleasant coolness in summer. All windows were replaced in 2017 with highly insulated Kömmerling windows, which are also equipped with mosquito screens in all bedrooms. The house features 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). The bathrooms were completely renovated in 2017 and now offer a modern yet cozy atmosphere where you can feel right at home. The new 48-inch Samsung LED TV with antenna and satellite TV receives German, Spanish, and international channels. Additionally, Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a sound system/docking station for iPhone are available.<br>The idyllic beach at Roche—where you’ll find various coves to the left and an approximately 6 km long sandy beach to the right—is about a 15-minute walk away. The pine forest is about a 3-minute walk away, and the river and the steep cliffs (accessible to joggers and cyclists in 5–10 minutes) are also within easy reach.<br>Beaches and coves: You can access the beach via one of the coves to the left or the long beach to the right (about 14 km uninterrupted), which extends all the way to the La Barrosa beach promenade in Chiclana. When the tide goes out a bit, you can also take wonderfully scenic walks below the cliffs—where several coves are located—all the way to the lighthouse at the port in Conil. If you get up very early, you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boats in the port of Conil (about a 4-minute drive) or, alternatively, at the market. There are great beaches, for example, in El Palmar (including hippie beaches), “Trafalgar,” and Caños de Meca, each of which has a few cozy chill-out bars. Just ask us and we’ll try to give you some good tips.<br>Shops-Restaurants-Cafes-Playground In Roche: Roche: A small supermarket, a tapas “bar,” a newsstand (EL PAIS), a large children’s playground, a small pharmacy, the real estate agency IMMOTEAM EL DELFIN SL, etc., are all about a 5-minute walk away. Various horseback riding stables, a bike rental shop, surf spots, and more are also available in the immediate vicinity. *** Surroundings: A shopping center in Novo Sancti Petri with various shops, bars, restaurants, etc., is about a 5-minute drive away; the large “Bahia Sur” shopping center in San Fernando—featuring many small shops, a Carrefour, various restaurants, McDonald’s, Burger King, movie theaters, garden centers, etc., is about a 15-minute drive away, and various other shopping centers, such as department stores (Corte Inglés), are about a 25-minute drive away.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: From January 2024 through June 2025 (estimated), there will be a construction site on the neighboring property.
