A wonderful villa for memorable family holidays. The house is set in a plot of 2,800m2, has a beautiful garden with a wonderful and private large swimming pool.

Built in the Andalusian style around an indoor courtyard there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms over two stories. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils.

The top floor contains the Master suite & bathroom and a large study area and adjoining terrace.

Downstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a guest toilet.

All bedrooms and interior living areas have AirCon. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Nearby are Valderrama, Almenara, Sotogrande and La Reserva Golf courses, several beaches and beach clubs, and of course Sotogrande port with all its shopping, restaurants and bars.

What can I say, the villa is absolutely gorgeous. It was really well presented and has every possible amenity you could think of and more! Garden and grounds were first class and absolutely flawless, bear in mind however the pool is a constant depth of around 5ft in case you have young children, it was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was excellent and there was a lovely welcome pack. The gated community is beautiful and very quiet. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough, you can’t fail to be wowed from the moment you arrive.

House lovely and very comfortable. Generously equipped with everything you might need. Tati the housekeeper was brilliant. Beautiful garden and pool. Great family holiday home and pet friendly so our dogs had a wonderful Easter too!

Excellent homely property - highly recommend

We stayed here as a large group (10 adults), and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is kept to a very high standard, it is homely and well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. Tati the housekeeper is a true gem, so helpful and nothing too big an ask. All communication, check in and check out were great. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

I cannot rate this villa highly enough! Stunning gardens lovely pool and the house was like a home from home. Very warm welcome from the housekeeper and owners easily accessible. There are so many little touches to make your stay easy and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely family villa

We loved staying here. Such a lovely villa! Clean, a big villa and works well with a family. Andrew and Tati made it all so easy. Everything you could need is there! Pool is lovely and warm and there are lots of inflatables for the kids. Very peaceful villa as well and close to everything. Highly recommend it!

Fabulous stay in Sotogrande

My family and I enjoyed a fabulous 3 week holiday in Casa Beaumont. The Villa, location and service from the owner and caretaker was all first class. The location is within a beautiful, secure estate very close to the Valderama and Soto Grande Golf courses, as well as Sotogrande itself. Everything you may want is within 10 minute drive.The Villa itself is very spacious, clean and perfect for a larger family. The pool and the gardens are superb, it’s a huge pool and the mature gardens look beautiful, as well as ensuring you are not overlooked.Final point to note is the owner Andrew and the cleaning staff. Andrew was very engaged throughout, reacting to any questions we had and provided a great reassurance that we were being looked after as valued guests. A huge yes in terms of recommending this villa and we would be back for sure should we visit the area again.

Amazing Villa Amazing Host

From booking the villa until leaving the villa everything was amazing, the Villa the pool, the grounds the location , we have stayed in Soto for over 10 years on holidays and this was our best experience, the host was so helpful from start to end, we have never had such a good host, and a special thanks to the house lady Tati she was always at hand, whatever we needed. We will miss her. Hope to be back soon in this amazing villa

A wonderful experience

Everything about this place, before arriving and during our departure was amazing. It is very hard to find a holiday home for a family like ours, especially with our children who have fragile special needs, but staying in this house was very comfortable for my children, my wife and i. I must mention the kindness that was given by Tati who welcomed us like family, she was always a call away if we needed anything, and of course Andrew the host, very kind, patient and always answered my messages, he has even informed me that this wonderful home will be even more better equipped with ramps for external and internal use for wheelchairs, this in turn gives us even more encouragement to return back many more times and again enjoy this amazing home. The bedrooms are all on ground level except for one, all bathrooms, bedrooms, amazing kitchen, and terraces, both in the house and out were all very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool and garden very peaceful, the house is part of a private estate based in Sotogrande with 24 hrs security, all supermarkets, restaurants and beaches were at a short drive away, it truly was a blessing of an experience to be here, and we will certainly go back again very soon as the house is also great for the more cooler seasons. The only let down for us, dispite being warned by Tati was the tiger mosquitoes, we also advice others who stay here to be aware and treat yourself first before sitting out in the terraces, night or day, Andrew and Tati kindly supplies the essentials to avoid being bitten by these mosquitoes, unfortunately we forgot to apply the advice and we all got bitten, but the stay was pleasant as we all recovered by the 2nd day and this did not spoil our holiday. Thank Andrew, Gracias Tati. God bless you both, see you again soon

We have also redecorated the house and the bedrooms and added a few more 'family entertainment' facilities, and of course have now had our carpenter build portable ramps to make moving around the house easier for all our guests. Leider haben wir fast 17000 für 5 Wochen im Januar 2006 für ein völlig heruntergekommenes, verwohntes und verwahrlostes, komplett renovierungsbedürftiges, nur dürftig beheizbares Haus bezahlt, was wir bitter bereuen. Wir fühlen uns betrogen.Fakten: kaputte Bodenfliesen und Kacheln, verschlissene Teppiche, zerrissene Vorhänge, verschmutzte Betten mit Matratzen mit großen braunen Flecken, Bad mit verschimmelten Ecken, Toilette mit großen braunen verkrusteten Innenrändern von alten verhärteten Fäkalien, uralten Radiotaren mit brüchigen Kabeln, einer Möblierung aus vergangenen Zeiten auf Sperrmüllniveau.

Wie ich Ihnen bereits telefonisch mitgeteilt habe, tut es mir sehr leid, dass Ihr Urlaub nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Ich weiß, dass das Wetter dieses Jahr besonders schlecht und untypisch für die Jahreszeit war, was Ihren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Sie erwähnten Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts (vielen Dank, dass Sie mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben). Ich habe in allen Fällen umgehend reagiert, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit Sie mich kontaktiert haben, und mich insbesondere um die Anliegen gekümmert, die Sie in den letzten Tagen Ihres Urlaubs geäußert haben. Alle diese Probleme wurden inzwischen behoben. Hätte ich früher davon erfahren, hätte ich unser Reinigungspersonal direkt damit beauftragt. Ich freue mich jedoch, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass alle Probleme nun behoben sind. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir haben es berücksichtigt, um unseren zukünftigen Gästen einen besseren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Letztendlich möchten wir, dass alle unsere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Familienhaus genießen.
