Fantastic villa

Costa Trip

1-We very much appreciated the consideration of the management team who greeted us and allowed us early entry to drop off our baggage.2-Property was stocked with fresh fruit and other goodies for our arrival, also very much appreciated3-Small problemsa-Building next door was under major construction; Heavy jackhammering each morning commencing at 8:30AM-Two dumpsters loaded with trash were in front of entrance blocking parking & entryb-Someone entered premesis while we were out, closed the pool cover. The electric system to open it did not function. we had to roll up and unroll the cover by hand-Very difficultc-Shower in bedroom next to kitchen leaked heavily and partially flooded bedroom floor. Had to stuff towels under bathroom door tp prevent flooded bedroom & then throw towels into the drier d-several bathrooms had no soap-Went to supermarket to purchase

Fabulous Villa

Our stay at Amanda’s Villa provided us with a most memorable vacation with family and friends. There was ample space for all, with dining options both indoor and outdoors each with fabulous water views. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and private ensuites. Everyone immensely enjoyed the pool, situated perfectly on the property providing shelter from the wind and sea views. Amanda was a perfect host, responding quickly to all of our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views

This villa was great for a family holiday comprising of eight adults. The layout was ideal as there are numerous areas to relax and enjoy the amazing frontline views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains beyond. It is also exceptionally well equipped so we had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. Our only issue was that it wasn’t as close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets as we would have liked. Overall, this is a superb villa with wonderful views and facilities.

Incredible Viewa

We traveled through Spain with 2 other couples and finished our vacation with a week at this incredible villa. The property was outstanding and is every bit as magnificent as the photos in the property description. Our hosts and the local property manager were available for any issues, although we didn’t have any. Estepona is a beautiful town filled with restaurants. Would highly recommended spending time at this lovely property. On a clear day you can see Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar. Truly amazing!

Wonderful family getaway

Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day.

Fabulous stay in a gorgeous location

We were very sad to leave this beautiful place!! My family and I just spent a lovely week in this little piece of paradise on the sea outside Estepona. The whole house is beautifully appointed and the views are spectacular. We did quite a lot of touring in the area and could not wait to come back in the afternoons to swim at the pool or beach and enjoy the ambience. The host kindly left a great selection of staples which we very much appreciated on arrival as we had had a long day of travel from overseas and were ravenous. We hope to come back!

Spectacular.

We absolutely loved this property - the photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. The attention to detail at check-in was perfect, to include the substantial welcome package of food and drinks. We took several day trips via our rental car / ferry (Ronda, Gibraltar, Morocco), though our favorite moments were at the house and nearby in Estepona. We would love to come back one day.

exceeded expectations

wonderful. 6 adults were in our group and we all were blown away by this villa. would love to stay here again sometime. there was enough space for each of us to take our own quiet time if needed but mostly we just spent it ourdoors enjoying the views and sea breeze. beds were comfortable as well. very quiet neighborhood and the "boardwalk" was great for walking and running. i wouldn't hesitate on this one. thanks Amanda and Andrew for a memorable holiday!

Fabulous Villa!

This is a gorgeous home with a million dollar view of the Mediterranean and the rock of Gibraltar. Open, modern, fully equipped and airy throughout with a sitting area/deck that welcomes the fresh air and the sunshine- not to mention amazing sunsets. Close to all amenities and activities in Estepona. It’s a wow! We will be back and recommend this beautiful home to groups who want a relaxing vacation in a perfect setting!

Slice of Paradise

Four couples traveled from the United States and loved our time in Estepona and especially at this Villa! The welcome goodies were exactly what we needed after 20+ hours of travel! Both the host and local contact were wonderful - responsive, easy to communicate with etc. The beds were comfortable. The views amazing. The outdoor space - perfect! Amazing Villa

The villa was exceptional and exceeded our every expectation. It has expansive sea views from every room, and the living areas and bedrooms are very comfortable. Our group spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and dining on the large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool was an added bonus, and we enjoyed daily walks along the adjacent sea wall and beaches. The location is perfect for exploring Andalusia, and we visited Estepona several times and made day trips to Gibraltar, Cadiz, Ronda, Marbella, and Malaga. My wife and I have traveled extensively, and this will certainly be remembered as one of our best trips.

Fantastic property!

A gorgeous home with stunning views! The property had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed with a basket filled with various foods and wine and a meet/greet with the local contact, Ines who along with hosts Amanda/Andrew were helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. Super comfortable furnishings, lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to meet everyone’s needs, shelves filled with games and books and a well stocked kitchen. We used it as a base for traveling to nearby cities, but built in one day to relax and enjoy the house…we all agreed that next time we’ll spend more time at the house. Highly recommend!!!

Stunning Contemporary Villa!

We have stayed in a range of villas in Estepona over the past 26 years and this is by far the most beautiful and upmarket villa. Both indoor and outdoor space is perfect for a family or couple of families; great for lounging in your own space with the various levels inside and patio areas outside. It has all the important aspects we always look for: luxury very large memory foam beds, well equipped and user friendly kitchen, premium furnishings inside and out and amazing views. There's a very quiet long pebbly beach which was lovely to wander along with a small rocky headland just by the house, great for kids to paddle in the rocks or sit on and catch the rays. One of our best holidays here!

After the “wow” factor

Location is unbeatable. However, for high end property pricing not enough attention to detail e.g. too many light bulbs out inside and out, outside garden lighting not working (safety issue), oven not cleaned sufficiently, no English language instructions for induction hob, chipped cups and glasses, Decorative hurricane lamps with burnt down unsightly candles, broken bathroom blind and strong smell of stagnant water in one of the bathrooms. We had to ask for furniture to be vacuumed as we found food debris between the cushions.

Outstanding

The property is outstanding in all respects. Well equipped and well maintained. The views from the living room, dining room, and especially the terrace are as good as one could ever hope for. The sea is always changing and the views of Gibraltar and the coast line were wonderful. Much of the time we could even see Africa. Even in February we spent a great deal of time on the terrace and used the outdoor dining table many times. The pool was well heated and comfortable for everyone. Amanda and Ines were responsive to all our requests. We didn’t have a car and that was fine. When we needed transportation taxis and Uber came quickly. But we were so relaxed and content at the house that we felt little need to leave. We did take one day trip to Gibraltar and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our ages ranged from 11 to 79 and everyone agreed it was as good as any place we’ve ever stayed. This property has our highest recommendation.

The views - the location - the space - everything! It looked rather different though when we bought it..... For this house we decided to do a full renovation and refurbishment as soon as we bought it so we and our guests could enjoy it at its best right away and as its our holiday home too we have used the best quality fittings etc and plenty of plates glasses etc not just the basics and also it has lots of personal touches throughout too.

Again the views are just incredible there are lots of spots where people just go and stand and stare and say "Wow!" repeatedly. The color of the sea and the sky and the plants and flowers in the garden is beautiful and the house and gardens have plenty of spots to stretch out and corners to doze in too.
