Location, location, location!

My husband and I had a great stay at this apartment. Online representation is accurate and it was very clean. Host communication was proactive, helpful and informative. Important to note that you have to park outside of old town (paid) and walk ~5 minutes to the apartment. It was a surprisingly easy process and the host will tell you where to park. You are around the corner from great restaurants, bars and shops - prime location. With the great proximity, you will get a bit of noise, but it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

Short walk to EVERYTHING!

if you are looking for a place to act as a base for exploring Lecce, look no further! It is a very short walk to the city center (restaurants, the Basilica, shops, etc.). Our host greeted us on arrival. and made sure we had all the necessary information both about the apartment and its environs; his wife also sent us a message with even more useful info... . A bathroom both upstairs and downstairs, a small kitchenette, and a very comfy bed made our stay quite comfortable. A big plus: the train station is within walking distance; on arrival in Lecce, we hired a cab to take us and our luggage from the station to the apartment, but when we left we walked it with our luggage - no problem, a simple15 min. stroll (and we're in our 70's/80's!)...
