Rural boutique 2 bedroomed retreat in the quiet village of Conil Lanzarote

Casita de Flor is a rural style retreat, which comprises of 2 double bedrooms with both having en-suite bathrooms, cosy living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. Separating the 2 double bedrooms is a private central courtyard, where you can enjoy alfresco dining or chill and relax under the beautiful flowered Flamboyaca tree.

Our guests can also enjoy the private Cesar Manrique style pool, which is solar heated and surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can take in the beautiful scent of the Jasmine flowers. Sun loungers and towels are provided so you can rest and relax in comfort and maybe enjoy a glass or two of the local La Geria wine.

There is private off-road parking available to our guest too.

Known for its tranquillity, Conil has so far remained almost completely undiscovered by many tourist companies, making it the perfect vacational place for a peaceful holiday and to re-charge your batteries. However if you do wish to venture out and discover some of Lanzarotes unique charm, it is very well connected with the best parts of the island.
Only a 10 minute drive from the airport and the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen. The nearest quaint town of Tias is a short 5 minute drive from Conil where you can find lots of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Peace and tranquillity in such lovely surroundings.

We have just enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely property which is well equipped and well laid out to provide both privacy and comfort. There is a lovely walled courtyard, and a stunning private walled garden with a beautifully styled swimming pool both perfect for relaxing. Although set in a rural location Casita De Flor is only about a 10 minute drive to both the airport and the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. We found the host, who has a wealth of knowledge of this beautiful island to be friendly, accommodating and flexible both during the booking stage and during our stay. In summary I would say, this former bodega beautifully renovated to create a Canarian look with a splash of Cesar Manrique style, gave us the feel of living in a real Canarian home set in a quiet and peaceful rural area.

The villa is beautiful and the host, Julian, is very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately the weather was not great and therefore the villa was very cold. Julian supplied an extra heater very quickly, which we appreciated, however, I would suggest some permanent heating is installed for the winter months as the 400w heaters don't cut it and the gas heater creates condensation and damp conditions. Love the pool area and comfortable beds. Unfortunately there is no cupboard space to put your own provisions, but this is a minor detail. I can see how much work has gone into creating this little oasis of calm and would recommend it to others when the weather is warmer.

Persönlicher Check in, mit sehr freundlichem Gastgeber, welcher auch jederzeit bei Fragen schnell antwortete. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend, man fühlt sich hier sehr sicher. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Bäder, Küche mit allem was man zu kochen benötigt. Im Innenhof ist es sehr idyllisch zum Frühstücken und Grillen (die Stühle könnten etwas bequemer sein). Jeden Morgen sitzen drei Vögel im Baum um hier in den Tag zu starten. Der Pool ist wunderbar warm und in der wunderbar gestalteten Poollandschaft lässt sich wunderbar entspannen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkommenspaket mit welchem wir den ersten Abend wunderbar ausklingen lassen konnten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Juian, hôte sympathique. La maison est spécieuse et très agréable. Nous avons profité du patio pour certains de nos repas. Originally used as a wine press (bodega) in the peaceful village of Conil, Casita De Flor was lovingly renovated by Julian into the rural boutique retreat it is today. Julian and Michelle have worked hard to make sure that this renovated bodega has retained its original appeal and have been keen to keep its old Canarian charm.
This 2- bedroom rural retreat has been thoughtfully decorated with a blend of modern and original features, including original wooden beams and volcanic stone walls. Its stylish charm is in keeping with the influence of Lanzarotes famous artist and architect, Cesar Manrique and is centred around a pretty flower filled courtyard .
