Casa Romar está amueblada con un alto estándar y se encuentra en la zona de Costa Papayagao de Playa Blanca, cerca del centro de Playa Blanca y la playa de Dorada, la villa tiene impresionantes vistas a las montañas desde el patio y la azotea.

El salón y el dormitorio principal se abren a la gran terraza / jardín / área de la piscina donde encontrará mesa y sillas para cenar al aire libre y tumbonas para relajarse junto a la piscina.

La piscina climatizada privada de 8m x 4m tiene un jacuzzi incorporado y un extremo romano con pasos suaves para facilitar el acceso, también hay una ducha al aire libre. La piscina está climatizada con energía solar, pero también tiene la posibilidad de calentarla eléctricamente en los meses de invierno, el costo es de 70 euros por semana. Consulte al momento de la reserva.

Una adición reciente es la gran sala de barbacoa donde puedes sentarte y ver "el chef en el trabajo".

Casa Romar tiene banda ancha de alta velocidad, la televisión tiene una gran selección de canales de habla inglesa, incluidos BBC, ITV, C4, etc.

We stayed in this villa for 10 days and had a great time. The pool is a great size and there is so much outdoor space to enjoy, the area is a real sun trap and even in November we had full sun until early evening! The villa is a short drive to the centre of Playa Blanca, yet still nice and quiet! Special mention to Ollie next door who kept the pool nice and clean and was on hand to answer any questions! We will definitely return to this villa!

A well-maintained villa with a lovely pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Romar. The villa is very well-equipped; we lacked nothing and felt very comfortable.Communication with Robert and Carla was very pleasant and straightforward. Carla even allowed us an early check-in; thank you again for that.We highly recommend this accommodation.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa we were there 10th / 24th Sep. It is situated in a great position for access to the old town and the Rubicon marina. The pool area is outstanding with the pool temp lovely and warm, with lovely views to the surrounding mountains. The aircon in the bedrooms worked really well but we hit an exceptionally hot spell and aircon in the lounge area would have been a plus. Our contact with the host was excellent.Carla did an exceptional job with the cleanliness of the villa. It is the best villa we have stayed in Playa Blanca and would recommend it. We have re booked for 2026.

Wonderful Villa in a great location

Really nice villa in a great location with easy access to the centre of Playa Blanca and Rubicon Marina. Well presented, clean and modern will all the amenities you could wish for. Lovely pool and spacious well kept garden area. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay here again in the future.

Would stay again

This was a lovely villa, in an ideal location, residential & quiet. Only a 20 minute walk down to the front & less than 5 in a taxi.We were a family of 4 with 2 sons age 22/25 & it had everything we all needed… As we were all adults, we would’ve preferred a slightly deeper pool, but it was suffice. It was nice to have the leftover bare minimum items in the cupboards too, such as oil, salt/pepper, etc. The beds were comfy & showers good too. The coin air-conditioning was a first for us, but actually it worked out roughly 2 a day for both bedrooms, which was ok. Correspondence with Robert was always quick. Once we were there, Oliver who lives next door was also very helpful. Carla the cleaner had also done a lovely job & when we walked in the house it smelt fresh & clean.Thank you we had a lovely time & would highly recommend

Nice Villa in our favourite area

Lovely clean Villa. Well equipped and in a good location. Would definitely go again. Two negatives for us who stay in villas 4 times per year…1. No pool towels 2. No welcome pack Still a good place to stay with sun at pool area all day.

Fab family holiday!

Lovely house in a great location. The house had a nice homely feel and well equipped. Fantastic pool which the children had great fun in. Huge choice of places to eat and only a 15 min walk into the town, taxi is only a few euro if your a bit tired for the walk home. The beaches are great, Flamingo beach is great for small children as it is a cove so the water is very calm. We had a fantastic 2 week holiday which flew by. Thank you to all.

Spacious villa in tranquil neighbourhood

We returned to Casa Romar after having stayed there 10 years ago (and having visited other places in Lanzarote over time). The villa has plenty of social space and has a modern kitchen and bathrooms, including a walk-in shower. The pool area is great for sun nearly all day; and the rooftop great for evening sunshine. The hosts are well-organised and pool-keeper very helpful. The villa is in a quiet residential area away from the "big hotel noise", so is a 15 minute walk to/from the seafront (on the flat and of course it's not like it's raining and miserable). Taxis back to the villa cost about 4 euros, though we didn't bother. Excellent local restaurants...lovely weather in April (2023). Recommended place to stay/rent.

A home away from home.

Just got back from our week in Casa Romar. Beautiful villa - spotlessly clean inside & out. We had a few days where the weather wasn’t great and it was fab to chill out in the lounge or in the outside seating area. The villa sits in a massive plot. The outside area round the pool is great. We liked that the outside dining and seating area was under the shade. The pool despite being heated was really chilly on first getting in but beautiful and comfortable once brave enough to get in. Parking for 1 car. It is a little snug width wise to get the car through the gates but once in plenty of space. Great location. We walked into town & back every night. Approx 20 min walk to Bikers Beach club area. About 25 mins to main Playa Blanca Sea-front. About 30 mins to Marina Rubicon. A very quiet neighbourhood & we felt really safe walking back & fore. It’s a bit of a trek to the nearest supermarkets so getting refrigerated food stuff may be a bit more of an issue without a car. The kitchen is lovely. Has everything you need. There were lots of dishwasher tablets left over by previous occupants & washing up liquid so we didn’t need to buy that. I had taken a dishwashing sponge which I needed to use. There were some cloths under the sink. Only 1 bin bag provided which was enough for us for the week. I understand that there can be ant issues if the bins aren’t changed regularly. We didn’t see any ants but it was a bit chillier and we didn’t have the utility door open. So take a few bin-bags with you especially in the warmer months. Bins and recycling points relatively close by. Only 1 toilet roll per bathroom provided so we bunged a few in our cases as we had the luggage weight capacity to do so. The towels provided - 1 hand and 1 bath towel - are beautifully fluffy. The bath towels are a little on the small side. There is a drying rack outside the main bedroom under the terrace cover & we used this every night to dry off the towels. Communication with Robert was excellent before our stay. We had one day where the mains water was off. We phoned Carla & Oliver to find it was a mains water supply & the whole area’s water was off. Relieved that it wasn’t a problem with the villa itself & it came back on after a few hours. The neighbours are currently having building work done in the back garden. But it didn’t disturb us at all. A fantastic week in a beautiful home away from home & we will definitely be back one day.

Vacaciones perfectas. :)

Son las vacaciones perfectas para estos momentos de pandemia. Casa muy bien amueblada, dormitorios, baños y cocina muy completos, con electrodomésticos nuevos y cuidados. Carla viene una vez a la semana para dejar la casa como los chorros del oro. La piscina es la gran joya de Casa Romar, tiene su parte de jacuzzi, tumbonas resistentes y grandes y un arcón con juguetes que nos ayudaron mucho con nuestro bebé de 15 meses. La piscina está muy limpia porque dos veces a la semana viene Oliver a ponerla a punto, ha sido con la única persona que hemos tenido contacto en dos semanas. Privacidad absoluta y los ratos que han venido a limpiar la piscina, Oliver ha sido todo un profesional pero con la cercanía de un amigo, estamos agradecidos por todo. Por lo demás la casa es un gustazo para disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas, muy agradables y cálidas en familia. Espero poder repetir el año que viene. ¡Gracias Julie por estos 14 días de ensueño!

Heerlijk huis het was echt genieten.

Fantastische 12 dagen gehad. Wat een heerlijk huis en zwembad. Alles klopt met de tekst die in VRBO is genoemd. Heerlijke bedden en douches. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Super schoon en alles is in onberispelijke staat. Rustig buurt, de buurman is af en toe buiten aan het klussen. Dit doet hij maar even en leidt absoluut niet tot overlast. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar Playa Blanca te gaan. Playa Blanca heeft altijd veel wind. Nu was de wind in onze periode 20 feb tot 2 maart niet normaal. Maar dankzij de beschutte ligging van het buitengebeuren hebben we heerlijk kunnen zwemmen en in de zon kunnen liggen. Wel een advies om het zwembad, als je vroeg in het jaar gaat, elektrisch bij te laten verwarmen. Hij was nu heerlijk warm.

Just fabulous! Highly recommend!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Romar and it was fantastic. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is beautiful and has great appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are really comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, cool and spacious. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool is fantastic! The outdoor barbecue is a wonderful treat too. The villa is well situated for strolls into town for the supermarket and restaurants, or if you are a brave the electric scooters are reasonable and fun! A car is handy to have for trips further afield to explore Lanzarote, and there is plenty of space on the drive which is secured by gates. The villa is an easy 30 min drive from the airport. What more can I say! The place is just great, my 18 and 19 year old girls, my partner and I had a great holiday here and would definitely come back.

Relaxing holiday

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at casa romar and I can not fault the villa at all. The inside has everything you need, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The patio area and pool are amazing. The pool its self is very big and was cleaned at least 3/4 times while we were there. I will definitely be looking at coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous villa

This was our first time staying in a villa, it was outstanding, from the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice, it had everything we needed. The pool was a great size and lots of room on the terrace to enjoy the sun, also very private. The separate BBQ room was amazing. Playa Blanca is a lovely resort, it takes around 15 minutes to walk to bars and restaurant or a short drive away. A great holiday had by all and would definitely come back again.
