Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom (all with shower) and a TV.
The living room has an open kitchen and the dining table.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, hair dryer, induction cookers, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, oven, washer-dryer machine and dishwashing machine.
The apartment is 85sqm, on the building's fourth and last floor and is reachable by elevator.
The nearest metro station "Barberini" is just 5 minutes walk away.
The nearest paid private car park is in Via Ludovisi 60 (3 mins walk).

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 180 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
