Old ice factory from the beginning of the 20th century (1926) rehabilitated and reformed maintaining the original structure of the house and the architecture of the town of El Cabanyal; seafaring town.
Perfect for digital nomads. WIFI 1GB, all the comforts. Possibility of long stay of one month.
Located in the heart of Cabanyal, a few meters from the Mercado del Cabanyal; perfect place to buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
Fine sand beach 800m walk.
Autonomous entrance.
The styling of the interiors is wabi-sabi and boho chic with a Mediterranean touch.
Mediterranean style with a white pool with water in bluish tones with water jets.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. It also has a bedroom with a trundle bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
The master bedroom has direct access to a private bathroom and there is also a full bathroom.
It has an open-plan, loft-style kitchen with all the comforts with direct access to the pool.

Updated traditional Charm
The Description/pictures do not do justice to the property. The property was clean and spacious for 3, well equipped with all your essential needs. Communication with the host was wonderful. (The enticing fact of your own pool was amazing, the fact it was ICE cold was not so enticing).
Overall rating for this property is Outstanding and we would stay here again .
