Private villa with seaviews and within lush greenery, on foot to the beach. Within a peaceful nature-dominated environment, our villa is promising a stay to take your mind and body away from the hassle of everyday life!

Villa Gaia is one of three villas called Akra Zouanna Villas which are spread across sloping grounds close to Agios Ioannis beach and just 3kms from Lefkada town. Our villa Gaia features one single level with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and sitting room, dining areas both indoors and outdoors, fireplace, BBQ, parking, and a 35sq.m. infinity pool.

Normal occupancy is for 4 guests but may accommodate up to 6 if two chidlren are included.Only a short walk to the beach (200m)!

Amazing host and great villa

An amazing experience. The villa was large, roomy, immaculate and fully kitted out. Rania our host could not have been more helpful. Sorting out taxis. Shopping trip. An amazing welcome pack with everything ewe requested. Popping in with goodies but not interfering with our time there. Could not have asked for a better 4 days. Thank you Rania so so much.
