Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town A-10

Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from Poniente beach and 450 metres from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.



-Key handover and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not completed online check-in, our office is located on Rey Jaime I avenue number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

-A sum of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 16:30 (high season may be delayed until 18:00)

-Check out until 11:00

-Pets are admitted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

-Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located in the heart of Benidorm, 100 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Mal Pas", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante". The historic old town and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is just 400 metres away.

Overall this was a perfect stay for us at 4 nights, no problems with the damge deposit being returne

Apartment was close to everything you need, especially tapas ally, beach and shops. It was very clean spacious for two people, shower was good beds were comfortable, had everything you need inside an apartment We were there at the start of march so weather wasn’t the greatest so maybe thicker cover although you could put heating on so it didn’t effect us

Apartamento bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y el centro. Zona muy tranquila todo tipo de tiendas a tu alrededor. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. Las almohadas de la cama son bastantes mejorables ya que son muy duras y abultadas. En las puertas para acceder al balcón no había cortinas y teníamos que bajar la persiana para poder tener intimidad y poder cocinar sin tener un vecino a escasos metros observándonos. El agua caliente no duraba lo suficiente y a veces terminaba la ducha con agua fría.

Estar en el centro de Benidorm, tienes todo cerca. El aire acondicionado muy, bien. Apartamento espacioso para dos personas. Con todo lo necesario para una semana de vacaciones. Hemos repetido. Nos tocó un patio enorme. Pero se comunica con el apartamento de al lado con un muro a la altura de la cintura. No teníamos intimidad. Por lo qué nos pasamos los días sin usarlo y además con las persianas bajadas. (Se nos veía todo). La zona para aparcar es la que es, y cada año más cara. Lo que te ahorras en éste apartamento lo gastas en parking.
