Five-star home on the front line of Levante Beach with spectacular views of the sea and the Island of Benidorm. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets from its more than ten meters of windows over the sea. Have a drink, listen to music, read or chat in front of the sea in complete relaxation. Enjoy a true vacation listening to the waves of the sea at night. Sustainable accommodation label.
Located on the promenade of Levante Beach in Rincón de Loix. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, bars, shops, ATMs, banks, bus transportation and taxis. There are doormen 7 days a week and security cameras.
It has a tap for water purified by osmosis with five filters.
Fantastic views of the Bay and the Island of Benidorm from any room in the house. Have breakfast, cook and enjoy in your spectacular kitchen and dining area with beautiful views of the sea and Benidorm.
Rest and wake up watching the sea and spectacular sunsets with magnificent views from the king size master bed in the Loft area.
It has 3 independent air conditioners with heating. Mosquito nets on all windows, and ceiling fan with control above the bed in the Loft area. Indoor clothesline. Nice seaside apartment.

The communication with the host and the agency Interhome was pleasant and on point. From activity and restaurant suggestions in advance to clear directions for getting the keys. The apartment itself was clean and the photos do it justice. Having multiple ac’s in the house was very nice in the warm Spanish summer. We’ve enjoyed the swimming pool belonging to the complex and the sea daily. It was a five star experience for us!

Good location

Overall a positive pleasant stay. Apartment is as described and overall I would recommend a stay here. I would however liked a to have been able to clean the shower glass and shower tray as I would when I was at home. Shower tray flooded after four days and on further inspection was full of hair , soap and paper which was an oversight on the cleaning company , which had been there a while! the owner didn’t take this news well and we were upset by this and it did taint the holiday a little, the cleaning company is at fault not the guests for pointing it out . The towels were discoloured and old which could do with replacing. A basic cleaning set would be helpful to guests as i like to clean my shower and toilet daily. Other equipment for doing the dishes was provided so if this could be replicated for the shower and toilet this would help keep on top of the cleaning as after 10 days it felt unkempt . The owner supplied chairs for the beach and pool which was helpful as the pool has NO loungers which was a shame as we wanted to be round a pool , having said that we should have researched this before we booked. The pool and plants are really well maintained it’s a shame you can’t relax there. This apartment has everything for a good stay and you will want for nothing , just general cleaner required and pool longer a and it would be perfect . Thanks for our stay 🙃

Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the landscape never stopped impressing—peaceful, expansive, and incredibly calming. It really added something special to the whole experience.The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s clear they take pride in making sure guests have the best possible experience, and that made a huge difference.As for the area itself, it was simply beautiful. Surrounded by natural charm and character, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and things to explore. Whether it was scenic walks, local spots, or just soaking in the atmosphere, there was something special about being there.All in all, this was a fantastic stay that we’ll be talking about for a long time. Excelente opción para pasar unos días en Benidorm

Ha sido nuestra primera estancia en Benidorm. En cuanto al alojamiento, excelente. Es exactamente tal y como se describe, con todas las comodidades requeridas, con parking privado (imprescindible en Benidorm) de fácil acceso. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, ventiladores, lavadora, friegaplatos... todo lo que puedas necesitar. En cuanto a Benidorm, muy diferente a lo que hemos visitado anteriormente. Mucha gente y mucha oferta de ocio. Tienes pubs, bares de tapas, chiringuitos, discos, salas de fiestas. Benidorm es una gran urbe que no duerme nunca.
