Perfect location & stay in Cagliari
This cute apartment is perfectly located right in the center of Cagliari!Bedroom & bathroom en-suite, also has a deck where there is a washer/dryer plus a line to dry Kitchen, living area with table & 4 chairs works for a couple, but the added feature of a pretty big outside area with furniture makes the apartment feel bigger.It should be noted that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, plus another flight once you open the door to get in.

A gem indeed!
Cozy little place in the center of it all! Perfect location, short walk to shops, restaurants, train, buses.
Apartment well equipped and clean. Washer and clothes line super convenient. Shower and outdoor furniture need a little bit of attention, but not a deal breaker. Still very pleasant.
Easy communication with host. Quick response time.
Highly recommend this place for your vacation!

A gem in the city!
We stayed for 10 days in September. The property is perfectly located about 2 minutes walk from a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. Yenne square is only 4 minutes away and everything is easily reachable on foot. Although it is so close to amenities the street itself is quite quiet and with the doors shut there is very little noise. Everything works well, with fast WiFi and very good air-con. Shower has both waterfall and a hand shower and there is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers. There are two terraces, one large with plenty of covered seating and the other one which has the washing machine, a sink and a several lines to dry clothes. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend the apartment for a couple. It needs some extra mugs for tea and coffee but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
