Spacious house, great location!

My husband and I spent the month of February at Simon's house. Anything we needed, Simon was on top of it! We enjoyed the heated pool and location of the house. Wifi was great, as we were both working during the daytime. We would definitely stay there again.

We found this Boca Raton home a great place to stay over the Christmas holiday. It is very well located, close to and easily accessible to area attractions. Good restaurants and shopping are very close. The house is very comfortable, sleeps 11 with nice dining and kitchen areas. We would definitely consider this location again in the future. Simon was very responsive, promptly answering any questions we had.

Family Vacation

This is an excellent place for families, especially with smaller children. The pool has a gate, and there is a playground in the yard. It also leads to a walking trail in the back. It's close to Glades Rd and shopping nearby. The garage has air hockey and ping pong. There are also multiple bikes available. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice comfortable and good amenities

The location of the property and the amenities for my children is what drove me to this particular house. The garage conversion with air hockey and ping pong was great for the kids. The putting green was essentially non existent but the kids preferred the pool and playground instead anyway. Great time! Thank you!

Very nice rental in Boca

Home was just as advertised. Nice size yard for pets. Private. Also had direct access to private park. Trail walk around lake. Very relaxing. House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and air hockey too. Simon, the owner was very nice to talk to. Made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Will be renting the home again👍 Phil C

This house was located in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful nature trail in the back of the house that we enjoyed feeding the ducks, turtles and fish. The pool was fun for the kids after our busy days to relax in. It was very central for us to adventure to the Miami Zoo and Butterfly world which are must visits. This house is spacious and suits large families that need space and comfort. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. My kids also loved the air hockey game in the garage. Played that everyday. Thanks Simon for sharing your house and thanks to Avi the property manager for all his help while we were there. A definite recommend for future guests.

Great stay in Boca at Simon’s Place

We had an excellent stay at Simon’s place! Simon is very communicative and the check in process is smooth and easy. The pool and big yard were perfect for us and our pup. We enjoyed walking the park (direct access from backyard) and the many walking/running paths around the neighborhood. The area is very safe and clean and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We chose to go to Boca South Beach for our two beach days (we wanted to enjoy the pool the others). There might be a closer one but that seemed like the closest public beach. It was a 20 min drive with traffic both days but worth the trip for the beautiful, clean beach and cute shops to walk in the area. We found parking easy the first day and then paid for parking the second day ($35) for convenience. Our one complaint was not having a can opener, enough plates, and Tupperware to store food. However, in thinking back we should have just texted Simon since he probably would have brought supplies! He is so responsive and nice!

Overall the property was nice. The home was spacious and the layout of the home was very open, as described. And the location was very desirable. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but everyone has a different level of comfort. Some of the amenities weren't as described (no tether ball whatsoever, playground/swingset area partially put together, lack of/dirty pool toys), the home could have been a little more thoroughly cleaned. All of the airvents did have black in & around them, which I'm no expert, but it did look like black mold, and my entire family & I ended up with chest congestion/colds our entire visit, two days after our arrival. My husband's got so bad he had to set up a WebMD Zoom appointment with a doctor licensed to practice in FL (we're from NY), and have him prescribe a z-pack & other meds to pick up at the local pharmacy. Maybe a coincidence. Overall, the home was decent and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

I can assure you that our house is fresh, dry, and cleaned thoroughly in between each guest. It is very possible that your colds were a coincidence caused by travel and November weather.

Not what I thought it was going to be...

We stayed here over the July 4th week to reunite with family of all ages. We were counting on the place to supply the ordinary things such as towels, clean kitchen utensils, various amenities etc. On the surface, everything was ok. However, we quickly realized that the kitchen had filthy skillets, bowls, and utensils that used and returned unwashed with debris left from the previous user? We had to call to find access to more lines and towels ( that were only enough for 4 people when they knew we reserved the place for 5 adults and 5 children). The TVs did not function in two of the rooms but we were instructed how to troubleshoot and fix them. The most frustrating of all was the pool situation. It was filthy, stagnant and filled with gnats and we were unable to use it for 4 days. We were in contact with Simon at various times over several days regarding the pool and were finally able to get the pool service to come out to clean, circulate and filter the pool. Overall, I feel as if the place was not ready/ cleaned for us. If a cleaning crew was there to clean and supply the normal accommodations this review would have been much higher.

I am so sorry that you feel this way. The house was thoroughly cleaned immediately before you arrived and the pool service was there the day before your arrival as well. I believe that I responded in a very timely manner so that you would have more linens and assisted you with pool as efficiently as possible. I was not aware of any dirty utensils. I have never had any of these issue before and as you can see from our many excellent 5 star reviews this definitely is not a true reflection of our house. Lovely property with incredibly responsive host

My husband and I and our 3 boys and 2 of our friends spent 3 nights at this lovely property in Boca del Mar in Boca Raton. The host was so helpful and very responsive, immediately answering any questions we had. The house is beautiful and everything is very up to date. My kids loved the pool. When you stay here make sure to go out thru the back gate and walk around in the beautiful private park with lake behind the house. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

80th Birthday Celebration

We had not seen my FIL in over 2 years due to Covid. It was so nice to be able to gather in a great home with plenty of entertainment. This allowed us to remain safe while swimming, playing air hockey and playing games. The communication with the host was fabulous and we could not have had a better time.

Boca Reunion

We had a wonderful time at this property in Boca while visiting family we had not seen in months due to the pandemic. It was clean and conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store within five minutes. We had a short drive to the beach. The pool was key for our family. There was excellent communication with the property owner!! This is a great place to stay!
