This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is located in the tranquil Vitta Nature complex, offering a range of fantastic amenities. You can choose between three different outdoor pools – for relaxation, socializing, or exercise. The complex also features an indoor heated pool (currently under reconstruction), as well as a sauna for your own wellness retreat. A well-equipped gym is available for all residents, complete with a treadmill, spinning bikes, and weights. If you prefer the outdoors, there’s an outdoor track perfect for running or walking.



The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom that has both a bathtub and shower. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher – everything you need for cooking during your stay. The living room features a dining area and a large, comfortable couch facing the TV. The light and airy decor complements the floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a cozy lounge area with views of one of the complex's pools and the surrounding lush gardens.



Located in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place to unwind. Despite the serene location, everything you need is just a short drive away. Fuengirola, with its shops, restaurants, and beaches, is only a few minutes by car.



The Neighborhood:

In between Fuengirola and La Cala de Mijas you’ll find Vitta Nature.



Fuengirola, only 25 km from Malaga Airport, is one of the most popular destinations on the Costa del Sol. Easily accessible by road, rail or bus, it is not difficult to see why this buzzing cosmopolitan town on the Mediterranean is the number one choice for so many with its 7 kilometre stretch of sandy beach and every kind of water sports and seaside amenities, shopping opportunities, gastronomy (even a Michelin star), tapas bars, nightlife, Aquamijas waterpark, Bioparc Fuengirola, and more.



La Cala de Mijas, 35 km from Malaga Airport, is one of the few remaining traditional seaside towns where visitors will still find a true Andalusian atmosphere. La Cala de Mijas Beach with its 2 km of golden sands (said to be one of the best in Costa del Sol), paved paseo and chiringuitos is awarded Blue Flag from 2019.



For golf enthusiasts the choices are many, and by car you have plenty of popular golf courses within reach. The Costa del Sol is said to be the best region for golfers in Spain.



Getting Around:

There is a private parking space belonging to the apartment in the garage of the building for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation.



The Fuengirola train station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station and step or elevator are needed to reach platform level. From here you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 48 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain.



From the Fuengirola bus station, on Calle Jacinto Benavente, you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucía and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda, and Sevilla.



Uber and Bolt is always easily accessible.
