Indeed there is a process to check in, the building does require us to send them IDs prior to arrival and also that we are present with you at check-in. As for the luggage, due to liability reasons, they do not offer storage, however, we have partnered with luggage hero and have a location right across the street where you'll be able to store luggage at no cost for the first 2 hours. As there are multiple guests arriving around 3 pm, check-ins are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time. Regarding cleaning, our housekeeping team strives to ensure that our apartments are in pristine condition for our guests. However, we understand that oversights can happen occasionally. As soon as we were notified of the issues, Naomi offered to send the housekeeping team back to address them. This offer was declined. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken oven. The previous guest reported the issue at check-out, which left us with limited time to replace it before your arrival. While our contract states that we are not held liable for broken appliances, we understand the importance of having a functioning oven. As a temporary solution, we purchased a small oven to ensure you had some means of cooking. Moving the shower-head upwards can cause water to overflow. We would have been more than happy to assist you had we been aware of this issue. Your feedback is valuable, and we will ensure clearer instructions are provided in the future. We sincerely apologize for any shortcomings you experienced with the pool attendants. Your comments will be shared with their management team to address the issues and prevent such occurrences in the future.
