Communication with Host. Confirmed parking spot and one extended day not fulfilled on the day I arrived. I had to rebook a flight and I wasn't able to use my rental car, resulting in losing 24,000 frequent flier miles. Awful, unprofessional, and unapologetic for their errors. Natalie and Silvia need training.

Quick stay

Needed a place to stay the night in Miami after an event. This place was great, location, views, grounds. Wish we could have used the facilities but the rain ruined it. Would definitely book again.

The Views!!

This condo is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Very clean and better than pictures. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The pool was great. Everything is easy to access in the building. The views are amazing- you have pool views and bay views. The location is great - you can walk to lots of food and shopping. We’re already planning our next stay!

Great long weekend

We enjoyed the pool, spa, Addikt restaurant near the pool, Mexican restaurant Veinte in adjacent building. Easiliy walked to Whole Foods and enjoyed the sidewalk along the seawall. Would have been good to have the options and phone number to pre- book spa appointments. Great weekend overall.

Great for families

The apartment is fully equipped and clean other than the floors. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to relax in between adventures. Loved that Cipriani is on site. Nice walks and recommendations from the MGMT. Pros!

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

We also appreciate the different cultures which, among other things, are to credit for its rich gastronomical selection.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
