As soon as you arrive, you will fall in love with this alpine chalet from 1869, of 170 m2, completely renovated in 2013 with period materials.
Facing due south at 1850 meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Mont Pourri and the Isère valley, the sun is present from morning to evening including Christmas. Great care has been taken in the luxurious redevelopment of the property: lauze, stone and old wood. The elegant and modern interior at the same time was designed for 12 people to find their way in the greatest comfort, while being able to isolate themselves if necessary.
The refinement of details combined with the ideal location of this chalet located in the old village, close to the slopes (8 'on foot or by free shuttle) and in the old village of La Rosière will ensure you an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Franco Italian space San Bernardo.

The pictures can’t justify the vista from the chalet. Spending Christmas away from home with Family is always a worry. Not this vacation. Anthony went above and beyond arranging for a Christmas tree for us to decorate, fixing the wifi and all done with patience and understanding. Christmas was perfect as is the chalet.

Great property, helpful concierge when we had any issues. Easy bus stop to the slopes but only a short walk otherwise. We had a fantastic week here. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Merci!

This is a beautiful chalet in a great location. We had a wonderful week with 3 families over half-term (so the parking in front of the chalet was really helpful).The communal area is beautifully designed and decorated, and the view is breathtaking. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are equally well designed and there was always plenty of heat and hot water. Extra facilities like the sauna, hot tub and boot dryers are a real bonus.All in all this is a gorgeous chalet with all the comfort and facilities to make for an excellent holiday.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel. Fantastischer Blick zur Südseite über Bergpanorama und Tal. Sehr geschmackvolles Design. Hervorragende Aufenthaltsetage mit einer super ausgestatteten Küche, einer langen Tafel, einem gemütlichen Kamin und genügend Platz für das Miteinander.

La Rosière en février 2025

Nous avons passé une super semaine à la Rosière avec le beau temps, une bonne neige sur un domaine skiable très étendu entre la France et l’Italie. Le chalet «les Alpages du Soleil » est très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur les Alpes. Il est très bien aménagé avec tout le confort et les petits plus qui font la différence : bain finlandais, sauna, jacuzzi. Il est parfait pour un séjour en famille. De plus le propriétaire et la conciergerie sont à l’écoute pour faciliter notre séjour.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Le chalet était propre. Il est magnifique et la vue est splendide. Les lits étaient très confortables. Et tous les magasins sont à proximité. Il se situe vraiment au centre de la Rosière, mais dans un quartier calme. Nous y retournerons !

Une expérience inoubliable

Tout ce qui était annoncé sur le site était correct et la communication excellente avec le propriétaire et l'agent sur place. Ce chaleureux chalet est situé à 15 minutes (à pieds) de la station. La vue depuis le séjour est absolument magnifique. L'équipement est vraiment complet et agréable (appareils à raclette, sauna, enceintes pour musique, .... et tout et tout) .

Une très belle semaine!

Le chalet est superbe, décoré avec goût et matériaux de qualités. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que vous passiez de belles vacances, l'accueil, welcome gifts, les conseils, les prestations... Bien situé au calme avec une vue magnifique, il ne manque pas grand chose pour avoir 100% un Baby-Foot pour les ados et retour ski aux pieds pour papy ;-) Merci pour ce séjour!

Super chalet de charme

Très joli chalet, avec cheminée et sauna, on était 2 familles et c’était parfait. Bon équipement de cuisine, appareils de raclette, tou ce qu’on a besoin. Pas directement aux pistes (il faut prendre un bus mais c’est fait en quelques minutes) mais le charme du lieu récompense largement. Le retour des pistes est facile, sans le bus, 3min à pieds.

Excellentes vacances dans un magnifique Chalet

Nous avons passées une semaine à 3 familles dans ce chalet magnifique. En plus d'une vue à couper le souffle, il offre de très belles prestations, des équipements de grande qualité, et est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Notre hôte a été disponible avant et pendant le séjour pour répondre à nos questions et nous fournir ses bonnes adresses. L'arrêt de la navette pour rejoindre les remontées ou le centre-ville est juste à côté. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Encore une semaine de rêve

J’hésite à partager tant j’ai peur que le chalet soit loué quand nous voudrions revenir. Une vue du chalet à couper le souffle, un propriétaire qui a envie de vous faire plaisir et de vous faire partager son chalet rénové avec goût. Un salon à vivre où on ne se sent jamais à l’étroit même à 12. De l’espace a revendre et avec 4 salles d’eau, tout le monde très vite prêt pour l’après ski. Accès au piste facile avec une navette toutes les 15’ et un domaine très ensoleillé. Une semaine de rêve

Les Alpages du soleil, un Chalet magnifique à la Rosière

Excellent séjour à La Rosière en famille dans ce beau chalet très agréable à vivre, soirées très chaleureuses au coin du feu. Vue magnifique sur le Mont pourri grâce au beau soleil présent toute la semaine. L’arrêt de la navette, tout près du chalet, permet de rejoindre très facilement l’école de ski et les pistes.

Vue magnifique

Superbe chalet, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Parfait pour une grande famille. Superbe terrasse et grand balcon plein sud. Manque juste peut-être une cafetière avec plus de capacité pour les grands consommateurs que nous étions... Bref en somme nous revenons ravis de notre séjour. Très bon contact et réactivité de notre hôte.

séjour de rêve, que du bonheur

C'est la 2eme fois que nous venons aux Alpages du Soleil et toujours avec autant de plaisir . Toute la famille ravie . Du soleil toute la journée, une vue juste incroyable , du bon ski, un très grand confort avec plein de détails bien pensés et beaucoup d'attention de la part du propriétaire . la nouvelle très grande terrasse plein sud est un vrai plus . Nous sommes prêt à revenir l'an prochain pour essayer le hot tube ou bain nordique chauffé au feu de bois qui complétera le sauna déjà présent !

Vacances à la Rosière

Magnifique chalet avec une vue incroyable sur la montagne Extrêmement bien équipé et avec une décoration très réussi Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Seul petite observation concernant l’équipe de ménage en milieu de séjour : elle est arrivée 17h30 pile au moment du retour des pistes … peu pratique pour eux comme pour nous

Un merveilleux sejour en famille!

Un chalet magnifique rénové avec beaucoup de goût ! Une vue imprenable sur la vallée dont on ne lasse jamais. Nous avons séjourné avec enfants et grands-parents durant 15 jours et tout ce petit monde (12 personnes au grand total) a pu trouver son confort et son rythme grâce à ce chalet merveilleusement pense ! Tout le confort moderne est là dans un écrin préservant le charme du patrimoine savoyard. Mr Ninou, qui nous a guide et conseille lors de notre réservation avec une grande gentillesse s’est entouré d’une super équipe de conciergerie qui a été présente et aidante tout au long de notre séjour (un grand merci a Bene et son équipe et bien sûr à Jose !) La Rosière est une station familiale et dynamique au paysage exceptionnel, il y a des activités pour tous les âges et tous types de sportifs et non sportifs. Merci encore, nous avons passé un moment des plus agréables, nous reviendrons à l’été pour les sources d’eaux chaudes 😊

Magnifique chalet

Magnifique chalet à la Rosière. Situé en bas de la station avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et un grand champ de neige pour faire de la luge. Le chalet est bien équipé et le propriétaire laisse de nombreuses attentions que nous avons particulièrement appréciées. La literie est très confortable et le chauffage par le sol permet une bonne répartition de la chaleur dans toutes les pièces. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont de vrais plus.
