This inviting ground-floor apartment in Feldwies (Übersee) is perfect for a small family of four. With two comfortable bedrooms and cozy central heating, it provides a warm base for year-round relaxation. After busy days exploring, unwind in the paid sauna or bubble bath, or fire up the barbecue on your private terrace and soak in the fresh mountain air.

Ideally situated just 500 meters from the town center and restaurants, and 800 meters from a scenic lake, this stay offers easy access to nature and local flavors. Grocery shops and pubs are just 1 km away, and the historic Kufstein Fortress makes a great nearby day trip. Winter visitors will love the proximity to the Chiemgau ski area for skiing and snowboarding adventures.

Families will especially appreciate the shared garden, complete with playground and trampoline for little ones. A cot and high chair are provided for added convenience. Parking is available, and the train station lies 2 km away, with the airport at 57 km—making this charming apartment both peaceful and practical.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
