Property was bright and clean - Cristina was very efficient and helpful…only thing I would suggest is perhaps better seating for the evenings to relax after the busy days exploring.

The agent was super helpful and responsive
The agent was super helpful and responsive. Place was clean and extremely comfortable. Only slight downsides were they could have left additional toilet rolls, cleaning equipment and drying cloth.That being said I would recommend and was good value for money.

Wonderful three weeks in April 2025
Out stay at this spacious amazing apartment was perfect. The apartment is very beautiful with an excellent layout, very clean, modern and bright, nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and we appreciated the desk in the third bedroom as we were working abroad for three weeks. We also loved the balcony for meals and admired the vast view. The house and entrance definitely need help, but it didn't bother us.
The neighborhood is authentic and lively and everything you need is within walking distance, even the beach. We didn't have a car so we stored our rental bikes in the designated spot in the garage. It was also very easy to take the bus into the city or to the train and bus station. Communication with Cubo's Holiday Homes and Christina Laura was always easy and the check-in was fast. The owner is also very responsive and fixed an issue right away.
We would love to return!!

Квартира имеет прекрасную планировку, нас было 5 человек, и у каждого было свое пространство. Много шкафов и мест для хранения вещей. Две ванные комнаты отличный бонус. Правда в одной из спален (которая с ванной комнатой и гардеробной) не работал кондиционер, но наличие потолочного вентилятора не сделало это большой проблемой, тем более у нас там спали дети️. В квартире было все необходимое для жизни, даже пляжные принадлежности ( пляжные стульчики, зонты от солнца и мячи) и сумка на колесах для похода за покупками.Нас встретила приветливая администратор Кристина Лаура, все подробно рассказала о локации пляжей, магазинов, кафе , достопримечательностей. Локация: пляж -10 мин, остановка автобуса-7 мин, большой супермаркет 15 мин, рынок 10 мин. Все рядом. В проведении досуга помог и букинг!!!Вообщем мы провели не забываемые каникулы.

Moderne, saubere, große Wohnung in gute Lage zu einem super Preis
tolle, sehr große, schicke Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern, viel Platz, modern, sehr sauber! Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Cristina Laura, die uns die Tiefgarage gezeigt hat, von der wir garnicht wussten, dass sie zur Wohnung gehört (ein Glücksgriff für Málaga!). Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für authentische Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen die wir mehrfach besucht haben. Cristina war die ganze Zeit über Whatsapp erreichbar, Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert.Sehr saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, moderne Ausstattung. Gute Lage, tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Perfect location and very confortable accommodation for exploring Málaga culture and activities.
We loved the location in the midst of El Palo locals. The apartment had all the necessities for settling in and living life for 17 days. We were able to cook 90% of our meals and felt very comfortable and safe. The secure covered parking was very appreciated. The host was lovely. Friendly and very responsive to communication.

Apartamento en el barrio más auténtico de Málaga, Miraflores del Palo. Lo hemos pasado muy bien. El piso es súper cómodo y limpio, y viene con parking. Si no estás acostumbrado conducir en las calles estrechas puede ser un poco complicado 😉 Volveremos!!
