Schöne und saubere Wohnung

Sehr saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider haben wir vor Ort eine andere als die gebuchte Wohnung bekommen, nebenan und mit kleinerem Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und nur aufgereiht sitzend zu nutzen. Es gibt zwischendrin zweimal wöchentlich einen Wäscheservice, hat aber nur einmal geklappt. Wir haben dann unsere Handtücher selbst gewaschen. In der Beschreibung steht nicht, dass man für Strom und Wasser extra bezahlen muss. Das waren bei uns für 11 Tage nochmal über 50 Euro! Wohnung schön zentral, alles zu Fuß machbar, großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Parkplätze kostenlos in 800 m Entfernung, gut zu machen. Der Strand nur 50m entfernt, ein Traum. Unten im Haus ein Café, der Cappuccino für 1,50 Euro!

Sehr sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattete (es gibt auch ein großes Gefrierfach) in super Lage, mitten im Ort, aber durch Dachgeschosswohnung ausreichend abgesondert. Sehr angenehmer, netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Garage zubuchen ist zu empfehlen, macht das Thema parken entspannt. Würden wir auch guten Freunden ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento molto grazioso... Pulito silenzioso e arioso, nonostante fosse un attico mansardato. La proprietà molto gentile e cordiale anche con il ns cane... Grande disponibilità per la gestione della biancheria. Posizione molto strategica, per non parlare della presenza dell"ascensore... perla rara in quel di Alassio...

Lovely very central location convenient for everyt

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely clean and modern apartment. Tamara is very helpful and always replies to queries as soon as she can. We would definitely recommend this to anyone. It would be a little cramped if you were relying on using the sofa bed as there's not really room to pull it out. We used the mezzanine as the extra sleeping space as we had young adults as our extras. This worked well. The beds are very hard so not hugely comfortable, but this seems to be pretty standard in Europe as we've had this problem many times before. One recommendation would be that basic provisions like salt, cooking oil, bin bags etc were provided as there was absolutely nothing to get started. We left things there for the next people. Overall however, fantastic!

Casa molto accogliente,completa di tutto,ottima scelta di finiture e arredamento!Giusta scelta per passare una vacanza relax,con tanti servizi,a due passi dal mare e nel centro di Alassio!!Straconsiglio è sicuramente ci ritorneremo!La sig.Tamara e sua figlia molto disponibili e gentilissime!
