This beautifully decorated apartment is located in one of Porto' liveliest streets, Rua de Santa Catarina. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with a TV and access to a balcony and a dining area for 8. There's also free parking available in the building's garage!

The apartment itself comprises of:
- 2 bedrooms with a double beds and sofa bed in the living room. Comfortable mattresses and clean linen included!
- Two full bathrooms with shower. Toilet paper and towels are provided for your convenience!
-A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may require for the preparation for a delicious meal, such as; stove, microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge and many other things that you need to have a wonderful stay. There's also a washing machine.
- Free parking in the building's garage.
-A lovely balcony facing the busy city. This is truly the perfect spot to enjoy a lovely drink with your loved ones while breathing in the lovely "Portuense" air!

This apartment is perfectly suited for families or friends who want to spend a weekend getaway in one of the most amazing cities in Europe! We are certain your stay here will be absolutely memorable! It is also a perfect option for a longer booking or for remote working!

Ideal for a short break in Porto

A nice and cozy apartment, ideally located on a quiet section of one of the top entertainment streets in Porto. The busy section of Santa Catarina is full of shops, restaurants and bars and is just about ten minutes away on foot. The secure parking garage is a bonus.

Good location

Good location on what becomes the main shopping street in Porto. Specious apartment that lacks some equipment and was a bit dusty when we arrived. A great price when you look upon what you get.

Great location in Porto

This property was spacious and in a great location for access to the main shopping and entertainment area in Porto. We understand that the properties in Porto are older, however, there were some inconveniences related to some of the fixtures on the property such as the sink, the shower, the toilet, the front door lock, an outlet and garage access. We still had a great time though. The property management company was always responsive to our questions and we made them aware of our concerns.

Great for short term stay, okay for longer

First the positive: it’s pretty close to Bolhao market area and good restaurants. It’s a very spacious apartment with good light and the hosts are very quick and responsive. We appreciated that our daughter had her own room and I had a desk to work on. And the heaters in each room meant we were able to stay cosy on rainy days. They also allowed a mid stay cleaning.The negative: we stayed here for almost 3 weeks and there were some challenges. One is that the listing said there was a bathtub which was a primary reason for our picking the place with a toddler - but there was no plug. Also I would say the hot water went out 3 times minimum meaning we had to forfeit showers and wait for a tech and spent time trouble shooting. Also there is only one set of keys. One day I needed to run home to grab my work bag so I had the keys, and then I had to leave a meeting to pass them to my wife - it’s very inconvenient. And then when she had to leave at 4 am I had to wake up to go down with her to open the door to the building. Also there is no trash can in the kitchen so we had it on the counter the whole time, even after asking. And there are only tiny water glasses that hold like 1/2 cup maybe. And for a place with a kitchen advertising a long stay they don’t have even salt and pepper or olive oil so you really need to bring everything. Lastly when we were checking out we were running about 10 minutes late and the host was incredibly unforgiving.

Très bien situé à 10 minute de la portion très animée de la rue Ste-Catherine et accès facile à tout Porto à pieds.Stationnement privé et garage intérieur. Beaucoup d’espace et chambres confortables. Seul bémol la cuisinière, car les ronds ne chauffent pas très bien.

Struttura molto carina e spaziosa in una delle vie più centrali di Porto.Ottima la pulizia e l’accoglienza, molto precisi.Unico neo i bagni che avrebbero bisogno di essere ristrutturati.Nel complesso siamo stati bene.
