✅ Security Deposit Policy
- All deposits are managed by Michelle at Travel Lettings.
- Guests bringing dogs: £100 refundable security deposit (pre-authorised 48hrs before arrival, released within 48hrs after departure by Michelle).
- £50 deduction applies if pet waste is left on the property.
- No cats allowed.

- No smoking indoors (ashtray provided outside).
- No candles or naked flames
- No parties or large gatherings
- Quiet hours between 10pm – 8am

- All guests must sign Travel Lettings’ T&Cs (digital link sent after booking).
- Breakages happen- small accidents like broken glass won’t be charged, but please inform us so we can maintain the property.

We are born and bred in Yorkshire and a family that loves socialising and the outdoors, we are usually walking our dogs Scooby & Ozzie, cycling or paddle boarding.
