Nice place and very convenient for lots of things. Hosts Kay and Jim were very friendly and right there if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again and have no problem recommending the place.
Very comfortable and quiet. Host friendly and helpful. Could have used more basic cooking supplies such as cooking oil, sugar and coffee - bought our own.
Kay and Jim were friendly hosts and created a welcoming environment. They were helpful in providing information we needed during our stay. The cottage was clean and bright and a great home away from home experience . We were comfortable. Thank you Kay and Jim for an awesome experience. Definitely will recommend this cottage to family and friends.

We were looking for accommodation close to family who live in the area - this was a great find. Comfortable (bed was very comfortable), clean, warm and the hosts very welcoming and helpful.
Ideal place to stay to get to Northern General to visit inpatient. There are no negative comments on the property, which was comfortable and inviting; or the property manager, who was very helpful and obliging. Tea, coffee and milk which were supplied were greatly appreciated. The road is quiet, although you need to be mindful of where you park, as there are quite a lot of vehicles in the cul-de-sac.
Great for me and my son, comfortable, clean, warm and with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for getting in and out of Sheffield quickly.

Short break with a difference
We stayed at the accommodation as a result of relocating from Lancashire to the area. The accommodation served its purpose, was comfortable and had all amenities that one would expect.
The owners are on site but unlike the previous review that did not detract from the overall experience and we did not feel impeded in any way.

Very cosy
This property is fantastic, it's new and has everything you want in a home.
The reason I have given this 3 stars is because it has no windows that can open downstairs not even in the kitchen whilst cooking, you had to keep the front door open, also this is in the owners garden therefore no privacy, didn't feel comfortable sitting outside overlooking their house, couldn't enter property until 4 pm as owners were at work
