Spotless Villa, Amazing Views, Exceptional Hosts

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Tenerife. It was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the views were absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset by the pool was unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended

Very luxurious house, spacious and fully equipped. Spectacular sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Ivan was always very helpful with any kind information we needed. I deduct one star due to the difficulties with the warm water supply. The shower did not always have warm water.

Amazing Villa

We had a family holiday at the property. The villa was perfect, plenty of room for 3 couples and a child. We loved everything about it. Ivan was such a good host, he even took us to the supermarket on arrival. We will definitely return.

Extended Stay

We had a wonderful time at the villa. We were 5 people (2 adults and 3 young children) and found the house to be perfect for our family. It is large (larger than even the pictures suggest), clean, and close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, and my wife and I most enjoyed the terrace and the view. Maria and Ivan were wonderful hosts throughout. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family vacation in Puerto de la Cruz.

Amazing service

Ivan and Maria’s property was beautiful. Extremely comfortable and offered everything you could possibly wish for. Just 2 mins away is a fantastic bar and restaurant. Ivan and Maria were very helpful, always there to answer any question we had. We had just a day or two of windy and wet weather, so having the cinema room was perfect for those evenings.

Friends on holiday

My 3 friends and myself had a lovely stay Calle Trebol. We found a supermarket and restaurants a short walk from the property. Lovely house with 4 good size bedrooms. Marie Teresa gave me a telephone number for a taxi company which we use several times to get down to the seafront. Although a little hilly we enjoyed the exercise and we are 70+

Amazing Home in El Durazno

This home was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Lots of space, beautifully decorated, amazing views and an upscale neighborhood. We were six adults and had plenty of indoor and outdoor space as well as privacy. Ivan and Maria were very responsive and a delight to work with. Ivan met us at the home and made sure we knew how to operate everything. The location was fine for getting around the island. Highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful week here at Villa Barclays 6 girls celebrating our 40th birthdays in style. Ivan met us at the villa accompanied with some welcome refreshments and even gave us a lift to the supermarket, so kind.The villa is perfect space for us all super comfy beds with nice linen and the kitchen is super with all utensils etc you could imagine.The pool is lovely and the garden so peaceful. We enjoyed strolls to the closer shops and taxi’s downtown to the harbour for dinners.We had trips to the water park and loro parque all enjoyed by all. The botanical gardens are also worth a visit and there are nice cafes and restaurants there.We have all loved the villa and would definately return.

Schöner Aufenthalt in großer Villa

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Villa sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in moderater Entfernung zum Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz. Ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants sind nah gelegen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der kleine gut beheizte Pool war ausreichend. Lediglich die Anzahl der Sonnenliegen war mit 2 Stück bei der Hausgröße zu gering. Die Ausstattung von der Küche bis zu den Poolhandtüchern war sehr gut. Trotz verspäteter Ankunft ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer Ivan. Da es nicht mehr möglich war einzukaufen hatte Ivan für Essen und Getränke gesorgt. Während des Aufenthalts blieb der Vermieter über whatsapp öfter mit uns in Kontakt um sich zu erkundigen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Der Checkout war zeitlich sehr flexibel.

Tolles Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir reisten mit 8 Personen (2 Familien mit je 2 Kinder im Alter von 10-15Jahren) nach Teneriffa. Das Haus ist gut für 8 Personen geeignet, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 (Kinder-)Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Die Ausstattung ist super. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Verschiedene Gewürze und Öle zum Kochen sind vorhanden und können verwendet werden, genauso Spül- und Waschmittel etc.. Im Keller gibt es ein Heimkino und einen großen Raum, der super als Spielzimmer auch für kleinere Kinder genutzt werden kann (mit Wandtafel, großem Tisch). Insgesamt bietet das Haus viel Platz. Der Pool ist eher klein gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet eine tolle Sicht auf Puerto de la Cruz und den Vulkan El Teide. Für die Kinder gibt es auch Tischtennis und einen Basketballkorb. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto ca. 5min fahren, aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein gutes Restaurant mit Cocktail-Bar ist fußläufig in 2 min zu erreichen. Einzig die Öffnung des Fensters im Keller im unteren Schlafzimmer gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Vermieter Maria und Ivan haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Bereits im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir über Whats App Fragen/Probleme klären. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Urlaub, wie man sich ihn vorstellt !

Wir bereisten zu fünft das erste mal Teneriffa. Durch den stetigen Kontakt mit den Eigentümern Maria und Ivan, lief alles problemlos. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen eine unaufdringliche Erklärung über das wunderschöne Ferienhaus. Es war einfach alles vorhanden und es war zu 100 % wie in der Portalbeschreibung. Zudem ist zu erwähnen, dass Ivan stets erreichbar war, eine leere Gasflasche für den Grill wurde direkt ausgetauscht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist in einem sehr gepflegten und hochwertigen Zustand. Des Weiteren hat man von Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und auf dem Teide. Puerto de la Cruz ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit einem atemberaubenden Meer. Fußläufig ist sie durch einen gemütlichen Spaziergang in ca. 20 min problemlos erreichbar. Ein kleiner Tipp von uns, besucht das 2 min. entfernte Restaurant Titus! Naja, was könnten wir noch alles schreiben, überzeugt euch selbst. Maria und Ivan, einfach weiter machen wie bisher. Vielen Dank nochmal !

Superbe séjour

Un grand merci Ivan et Maria pour votre chaleureux accueil et votre disponibilité. La villa est très propre, très bien équipée, et vue sur la mer. Quartier très calme et facilité de stationnement. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin pour un bébé étaient installés (lit bébé, barrières de sécurité, chaise haute…) Ivan a toujours répondu à nos sollicitations pour des conseils d’activités et restaurants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft und erstklassige Gastgeber!

Wir (Familie mit zwei Söhnen im Alter von 7 und 17 Jahren) können die geräumige und saubere Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden, inkl. die Versorgung mit ausreichend Handtüchern, etc. Ivan und Maria waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und haben sich wirklich um jedes Anliegen gleich gekümmert. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Insbesondere der Pool wurde intensiv genutzt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Viele Grüße, A & C

Estancia genial

Vinimos con la familia, mi pareja y mis 3 hijas adolescentes, hemos estado 10 días, y ha estado una estancia en la villa genial, hemos visitado gran parte del norte de la isla y algo del sur, (el norte mejor para nos.). La casa es estupenda tiene mucho espacio y tiene de todo, ninguna queja, los anfitriones tanto Maria, como Ivan un 11 sobre 10, son superanfotriones en toda regla. Si volvemos a la isla repetiremos seguro. La descripción en la web 100% real, el material de cocina (cosa que me fijo mucho xq me gusta cocinar) completo, sartenes en buen estado y cuchillos que cortan, eso muestra tener cuidado de la casa, asi como jarrones con flores naturales eso es ser detallista y mimar el trabajo. Ivan muy cuidadoso y super atento,al cheking mostrando los detalles de la casa y su funcionamineto, dando explicaciones de qué hacer en la isla, además tienen una web supercompleta con todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia las mejores vacaciones . Maria la anfitriona un encanto y muy cuidadosa. Y los dos siempre pendientes de que todo este perfecto, o por si hay algun imprevisto, pendientes de solucionarlo, cosa que pudimos comprobar. La villa lo tiene todo, a un paso del centro y supertranquila para poder descansar. La sala de cine/juegos genial, las niñas estubieron encantadas (y nosotros tambien) jugaron a la play, y vieron multitud de series y peliculas Hemos comido todos los dias en la terraza y me ha quedado pendiente hacer una bbq, a la próxima.Gracias por todo M&I.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette très belle maison où rien ne manque. Elle est située de manière idéale pour visiter le nord de l'ile, et a une vue magnifique sur l'ocean, mais aussi le Teide. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons cette maison.

Family Holiday in Puerto de la Cruz

A fantastic holiday in a tremendous property supported by great hosts in Maria and Ivan. The house is even better than the description and photographs. Everything we could want for was available in the house which was stylish and spacious. A lovely terrace, garden, pool and cinema room kept us all entertained. We only stayed for a week and really wish we had booked a second week. Thank you Maria and Ivan
