Detached stone built provincial villa with a private heated swimming pool with a garden and plenty of parking spaces. The village shopping area is 1.2 km walking distance.There are numerous restaurants a,banks and a large supermarket.A superb 1970's stone-built provincial style, Automatic Front gate, wheelchair friendly, Villa in a tranquil private estate on a 1650 meter plot. 314 sq.m accommodation is provided over three floors, of which two floors each benefiting from its own kitchen and lounge. Eight bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and sleep, 16 people. Additional 2 people can sleep on a king-size sofa bed. There are Six bathrooms five are en-suite. Visit our website to see the floor plans and see 80 photos Surrounded by mature secure gardens, the Villa boasts a magnificent heated ( using heat pump which requires 17 degree outside temperature to heat the pool)and fenced(removable)swimming pool with outdoor shower and toilet facility. Charming summer kitchen with built-in BBQ. A Boule court offers leisurely entertainment for the whole family. Play Golf, Cycle, Jog or Walk in woods nearby. The adventurous try Canyoning, Horse riding. Nice Airport, Biot, Cannes, Antibes, Mougins, St.Paul DE Vance, can be reached within about 20 mins. Monaco and the Italian border is about 45 mins drive. The Auto route A 8 is easily accessible to travel East-West of Riviera. Local Village is 1.5 km away with fully comprehensive shops. Recently refurbished large supermarket InterMarche is ideal for fresh meat, fish, and general grocery shopping with plenty of indoor and outdoor parking. The village has a very nice vegetable and deli shops as well as freshly made Sushi food. Cafe for a quiet drink or a meal. The number of restaurants to choose from as well as a Pizza place who will deliver. Plenty of parking. Pets welcome.

We regularly book early and use Easy Jet to fly from Gatwick to Nice at very reasonable flight costs. To enjoy a memorable holiday in one of the world's best areas. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. Great house, very suitable for three families, felt very spacious. Loved the outdoor area, spacious grounds, large pool and great to have table tennis and boules. Mani answered any queries we had very efficiently. Great location, so close to many beautiful areas, felt we had only managed to scratch the surface and wished we had stayed for two weeks.

As we speak , he sent me the video of the whole garden and boule court, looks very green although the temperature there today is 38 degrees. Wonderful villa in gorgeous location

We had a fabulous time with 2 families of 11 people (5 adults, 6 children aged from 9-13) for 2 weeks. The setup of the villa allows separation of the two groups when wanted, but also a full mingling and coming together as well. Great amenities, great owner and great house manager as well. And of course the weather and location are incomparable!

Villa Roquefort les Pins

This lovely villa is situated on a pretty area with supermarket, pharmacy , bank, cinema all in the village. The villa is well supplied with kitchen and household . The only thing I would say is the ground and first floor bedrooms and bathrooms could be updated. For the rest it is a lovely villa

Lovely villa in a convenient location

This is a lovely villa - perfect for our extended family of 17 - 8 adults and 9 children age range 1 to 9. It is air conditioned, clean and spacious - split into two separate apartments with upstairs access from the outside but in reality it felt like one whole villa and wasn’t a problem at all for us. All bed linen is provided and was clean. The garden is well kept with plenty of shaded areas and a bbq. The pool is a good size with a very deep end but also a shallow entrance. It was refreshing but not too cold and it was reassuringly safe with netting surrounding it. There were plenty of floats, blow ups, a tent etc - Also plenty of towels are provided so you don’t need to take your own. The villa is set in a great location but a car is needed. Even the local supermarket which was huge isn’t really walkable with heavy bags. Plenty of plates and cutlery provided but lacks mops, dish clothes, tea towels, dustpan and brush. The cleaners come in after your visit and do a thorough job but it would have been nice to keep it clean on a daily basis. We bought a few items and left them for others. Overall we had a fantastic time - the villa is set in a peaceful secluded area where we felt safe and private. Nothing to dislike.

Pool Party

Wir hatten mit 16 Personen eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem hervorragend gelegenen Haus - alle „ Must See“ der Gegend sind gut erreichbar.Die Ausstattung ist hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht auch den Charme der Villa aus. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze, einen großen Pool und auch der gepflegte Garten trägt zum hervorragenden Gesamteindruck bei.

Large house with a nice pool

Nice pool and outdoor area. Good outdoor kitchen with roof and bbq possibility. Good location with regards to nearby villages, supermarket and running trails. Also not so far from the coast and larger tourist spots. The interior could benefit with some upgrades. Some windows/doors/closets could not be closed, kitchen and furniture in general were worn. Some of the listed facilities were not present (as far as we could see).

Week in Roquefort-Les-Pins

We had a great week in Roquefort-Les Pins. The house had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. You can walk to the Intermarche, a boulangerie, and also hiking trails. It is an upscale suburban area with other villas nearby. Our group spent most of our time outside in the pool or visiting lovely towns nearby. Definitely recommend going to Valbonne, Mougins and St. Paul de Vence for day trips. Our reception upon arrival was a bit scattered. We needed to call to tell them we were waiting to check in and the cleaning staff was still there for about an hour and a half after we arrived. That being said, Grigoris answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the week as questions arose and when the pool needed cleaning. The house was very spacious and having the separate floors and exterior entrance upstairs worked fine for our group. We very much appreciated having air conditioning that worked really well in each bedroom and in the kitchen/main floor. It's important to note that the top floor has slanted ceilings in two of the rooms and some of us hit our heads on the beams. The interior of the house was clean, but could use some updates (curtains over all windows, make sure all doors can shut properly, etc.) and the kitchen could benefit from an update or in the meantime getting rid of duplicate cookware to create a less cluttered kitchen. Overall, we had a lovely week with our group and enjoyed the location, pool and having AC.

Great house for large family

This is an ideal house for a large family / group. Good location, nearby infrastructure with food shops, park for jogging, etc. This was the second time we stayed at this property and we had a great time both this time as well as the previous time we were here.

Stay at Roquefort Les Pins

Very good location and pleasant villa. Very disappointed by attitude of property manager that offered no help when the villa lost access to internet. Out of our two weeks stay we had access to internet for only 5 days due to cable problems in the area. While the problem is not the result of the villa, management did not offer any solution allowing us to have access to internet such as 4G box that where offered by providers to affected clients. Among our guests we had doctors and business men who had to use their roaming system to stay in contact. Villa management did not even showed up on the last day of our stay. Total disregard to its guets . Very poor management interest towards its guests.

Dear Antoine We are extremely disappointed to learn that your holiday was somewhat spoilt by lack of internet , which was beyond our control, and our manager was unable to offer any support or solutions. Our manager had talked to the internet provider for a 4g box which they do not provide. For your information the telephone calls to any mobile and landline are free of charge as well as landline phones worldwide. Although we were on holiday , he was in constant touch with me and you by phone explaining the unfortunate situation. As you will recall that I also had numerous emails communication with you as well. I understand that other properties in our Domain were suffering similarly. As compensation We had offered you two days of free extension to your holidays when the internet was fixed. Kind Regards

Excellent location and accommodation for a large group. Owner responded to queries promptly. The address and managers contact details were not received until just prior to start of holiday which was probably due to VRBO procedures but required chasing.

Good location, nice house, good beds, good restaurants nearby. Be aware that the pool is only heated when the temperature is ABOVE 17 centigrade. Poor reception on arrival.

Hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen toch een fijne tijd gehad, ondanks verschillende problemen door achterstallig onderhoud. Verschillende zaken zijn tijdens ons verblijf gerepareerd, hierdoor waren er wel enkele dagen werklui aanwezig. De huur van deze villa is nu veel te hoog.

We were several families staying at the villa, we all loved our stay here. The outdoor space is the highlight of the villa, great size pool and plenty of seating areas. Unser Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Südfrankreich verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und in guter Lage zu den „Highlights“ der französischen Riviera. Die Kinder hatten Spass im Pool und die Eltern konnten abends lange gemütlich zusammensitzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war durchgehend zuverlässig, auf Fragen wurde, auch im Vorfeld des Urlaubs, sehr schnell reagiert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The property is in a quiet residential area close to shops cafes, restaurants and bars. Peperoni restaurant recommended. The heated pool was wonderful couldn’t keep my grandson out. Beautiful places to visit in close proximity the lovely antibes and Valbonne Friday market being my favourite. The garden is secure as we had 4 dogs we needed security. Local vet in Roquefort very good for repatriation appointments they speak excellent English. Outside eating area superb. There was 10 of us plus one child and 4 dogs. Only downside is that u can’t access the upper floors from inside so we lost a bit of our socialising time but we knew that when we booked and sometimes it’s nice to escape each other. The property and the area met and in some cases exceeded our expectations

Great location for exploring the South of France

Great property with plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. Pool, garden and BBQ area are the highlight and where we spent most of our time.

Herlig feriested for storfamilien.

Flott bolig med delikate rom, gode senger og fine bad. Eiendommen fungerte utmerket for oss (11 personer fra 9 til 71 år). Deilig basseng med tilgang til dusj og toalett ute. Kjøkken var velutstyrt , det var godt med kopper og kar, bestikk og tallerkener. Det førte til fulle og uoversiktlige skap. Anbefales!

Great family holiday.

Lovely spacious villa well located for lots of day trips - Cannes, Antibes, Gourdon. Valbonne is so close and such a lovely village. We visited with 17 members of the family and there was lots to keep everyone occupied.

Ideal secluded location yet only 12-14 km from Nice airport, Cannes, Antibes, Grasse ,Napoleonic route. Numerous beaches to explore including George canyoning sailing and entertainment areas. Very peaceful location to relax. The villa is fully fenced for security

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this Villa the moment we saw it. Location ,quiet, private, close to all amenities and big enough to entertain all our friends and family.To walk in the woods is 2 minutes away. The shops are 1.2km away. Valbonne and its famous medieval square is 3 km away. Perfumeries in Grasse and the lavender fields 8 km. The famous Napoleonic routes into the mountains 6km. St.Paul de vance and its art galleries 20 minutes drive.We drive to Italy for lunch and large market along the sea and Monte Carlo for an evening drink near the Casino. All these areas are in 40 to 50 minutes drive.
