Clean, safe, secure and well appointed. Second floor by stairs. Very helpful host, one shower room. Perfect location for Desenzano, near restaurants, ferries and shops. Cute balcony for two with cafe table and chairs ideal for chill out breakfast or drinks.

Great place

Maghy’s house was a wonderful place to stay. We arrived very early due to a train strike and was able to get into the apartment. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the washing machine and Matteo came to help us right away. He also drove us back to the train station. I would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The location is in the heart of Desenzano just a few min walk to the Ferry, 15-20 min walk to large supermarket although a small local shop just opposite and a fab bakery 2 min away. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our hosts were super helpful and the beds very comfy. I’d highly recommend, particularly if you like being in the heart of the town. It’s about 15 min walk to the train station and 30 - 40 min taxi ride to Verona airport.

Sehr sympathische Vermieter!

Unkompliziertes Ankommen, dank der sehr sympathischen Vermieter Matteo&Federica, die man an einem zentrumsnahen Parkplatz trifft. Von dort geleiten die Beiden dann mit einem mitgebrachten Durchfahrtsschein durch die am Nachmittag gut bevölkerte Fußgängerzone zur Wohnung. Diese befindet sich in der 2. Etage. Eins der 2 Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon zur FZ. In der sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung ist alles was man braucht. Freitag u. Samstagabend kann es abends auch mal ein wenig lauter werden, unter der Woche sehr ruhig. Parkgarage, man bekommt eine Karte, ist 5 Fußminuten entfernt.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einer sehr gut gelegenen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Lage im Ort ist zentral, so dass man kurze Wege hat zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Hafen. In den kleinen Läden in der Umgebung bekommt man alles was manbraucht.

Sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Restaurants und Bäcker befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Bei Anreise wurden wir schon erwartet und in Wohnung und Tiefgarage begleitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung in Desenzano. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sicher werden wir wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und top/ neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls hervorragend. Mit der zentralen Lage war man gut angebunden, Fähre, Bahnhof und auch Busverbindungen alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern war auch sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder in diese Wohnung gehen.

Great apartment, great location, great hosts

Overall the property matched the description and the location was great - right in the middle of the pedestrianised part of town. our hosts were amazing given the time we arrived - Ryanair delays and dodgy car hire company! would recommend to any one looking for an apartment with easy access to the bars and restaurants in Desenzano!

Hübsche und saubere Wohnung mitten im Geschehen

Die Lage der Wohnung, die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit waren einwandfrei. Sehr nette Vermieter und Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus vorhanden. See und zahlreiche Restaurants, Bistros und Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Problemloser Check-in und -out. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil für uns war, dass jeden Morgen ab ca. 6.30 Uhr die Müllabfuhr und weitere Reinigungsfahrzeuge für ca. 1 Stunde durch die Straße vor dem Haus fuhren. Das war dann immer ein Riesenlärm, da auch die Eimer mit Altglas geleert wurden. Man hatte das Gefühl, daneben zu sitzen. Ebenso die Kirchenglocken einer, sich um die Ecke befindlichen, Kirche. Für Frühaufsteher sicherlich kein Thema, aber ausschlafen war für uns leider nicht drin.

We have recently fitted new thicker windows in order to reduce the noises of the center as much as possible. We are aware that the noises of the church and public services can still be heard.

Top Appartement in Toplage

Zentraler geht wirklich nicht mehr. Hafen, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles im Umkreis von max. 10 Minuten erreichbar Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Vom einchecken bis zum auschecken war alles professionell organisiert. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt. Für jemand der Stadtnähe sucht ist dieses Appartement wärmstens zu empfehlen

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die moderne Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles notwendige für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Lage im Zentrum von Desenzano ist perfekt. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Stadtstrand, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bushaltestellen sowie der Bahnhof liegen sehr nahe an der Wohnung. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto kann ein Stellplatz in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage genutzt werden. Der Empfang durch Federica und Matteo war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder gerne buchen.

Sehr schönes Appartement im Zentrum von Desenzano

Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und 1 Jugendl. eine Woche in der Wohnung. Der Empfang von Matteo und Federica war sehr herzlich, sie haben uns beim Entladen geholfen und sehr viele Tipps gegeben, incl. Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage bekommt man auch etwas vom Nachtleben mit, ist aber aufgrund der guten Dämmung der Fenster nicht wirklich störend. Das Parkhaus ist nicht weit weg. Zum Ausladen ist es aber ratsam, zu den entsprechenden Zeiten mit dem Auto dicht ran zu fahren. Das Appartment ist wie mehrfach beschrieben in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

Sonniger Urlaub am Gardasee

In den vergangenen 2 Jahren habe ich oft vor dem Haus in der Via Annunziata gestanden und mir gewünscht, dort einmal zu wohnen, nicht wissend, dass es dort eine Ferienwohnung gibt. Und nun wurde mein Wunsch Wirklichkeit. Wir wohnten in einer Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ und fühlten uns deshalb gleich wohl. Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben ihren Teil dazu beigetragen: sehr freundlicher Empfang, selbstverständlicher Gepäckservice bei An- und Abreise, unaufgeforderter Handtuchwechsel, Begleitung zum Parkhaus. Was will man mehr? Jeder, der eine zentral gelegene Wohnung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, der Hafen in 5 Minuten. Wir haben das genutzt und viel unternommen. Es war ein Aufenthalt, wie er für uns schöner nicht hätte sein können.
